Maybe Jesus will start playing more,still not sure what to do. Jota dosent play all the time so that is a problem with him. Now its a huge question get a liverpool striker or an Arsenals striker

With Saka's injury and Jesus's new goal-scoring form, Arteta will not leave him out. We may see him playing from the middle or from the right in Saka's position. I doubt Jesus will be able to keep up with scoring though, we know he is inconsistent.

Who's going with Haaland?

I still find it hard to trust him because if City wins their next game, it may not be him scoring the goals, or he may just get one, not the center of attraction anymore for City, most of the players are now trying out their own luck.

Bruno, I mean yeah he comes off with some surprises but, with a team like Manchester United, all that could be of guarantee here is 90minutes which leaves you with just 2points, you don’t need that. Odegaard, not exactly a bad player but, this season isn’t making him look pretty either. Kai would make a better pick for me amongst them all and maybe Sarr but certainly, not Martinelli, can’t predict his play.

Still deciding on my choice of goalkeeper. Who’s likely to have the most points between Raya with Arsenal playing home against IPS and Fabianski playing away to Southampton.

I sold martineli in last round and was a huge mistake,now with Saka maybe injured i think he will get some time more to play. Bruno is also on penalties but just cannot convert anything into points,i have him and still hoping he will do something but he isnt on a top level at all this season.

Brave move. I think Haaland plays 100%. They are on their lowest point under Pep ever and he isn't gonna remove his best goal scorer just for fun. His second best goal scorer is Gvardiol so it isn't like he has some gems in form to try out against weaker opposition.

I am curious to see how many people in the pool gave their trust to City assets for this run of fixtures. I briefly considered Foden and Haaland, decided they are too expensive for what they are producing. Gvardiol is probably worth it its price tag but my defense is already super strong and I didn't need another expensive player there.

I really would have loved to have City assets for their run of fixtures If had the right amount of transfers to fit them in, but I wouldn't do anything crazy to get them, neither would consider a triple asset from them, I would just go with assets that could have decent impact if they find their groove, and little negative impact if they still struggle. My choice would have been Gvardiol and Rico Lewis/Akanji... I still won't touch Haaland because of how much budget he command.

I decided to go with Bruno Fernandes for Saka in my team because he's a better long term should-have imo, I don't want to start tinkering between different choices week in week out, and would rather focus the my future transfers towards other part (more likely defense) of my squad.

Actually agree with cryptofrka. If I run out of time next GW I might just bring Haaland back and massively change my squad just to use up the Wild Card for the sake of it. I like my squad, but the run of games for City and others look so tempting to try a spamfest for City. The WC seems wasted not used.

Not taking any hit this GW, I have only 1FT and can't get in Isak without taking a hit first. Could probably get Jota or Roll the transfer and get Isak in GW 19.

Not having a single Arsenal attacker against Ipwish feels like a suicidal.

Then again, without Saka, you might have to rely on a defender to get a header in... Ipswich could prove to be tricky Boxing Day opponents.

Every other game feels like it could be the turning point for Man City and they'd flip the switch to get their season on course again, but it's really not getting any better for them to be honest, and after this game it doesn't seem like there is an end in sight, this team is probably done!

There is a phrase, reasons to live give reasons to die... I mean it's going awfully wrong right now, and has been for many weeks, and that's him basically playing against the entire pool, if he had managed to get a few right, it would have been significant, but the other captain choices have been doing numbers so maybe it wouldn't have mattered much given the budget the Norwegian costs.

You have so much faith in him my friend, just way too much faith in the guy and sincerely, I really feel you should have let him off way back in GW16.
