You'd be wasting your money on Trent. He is not getting attacking returns like he used to under Klopp. Arne Slot is making the fullbacks be more defensive so it would be better to buy VVD instead. Or Konate when he comes back.

Konate sure but VVD is just 0,4 less. Not much of a difference. I actually like for my defenders to get early subs, so Trent playing 70 minutes would be just about perfect. VVD will always be on the pitch until last moment. While it can get you attacking returns it also leaves much more room for CS wipe out.

Shared interest for sure. Been reviewing the move lately and his been bringing in low points for his overpriced tag. Although, he comes through in some surprising moments but, a little consistency in the points is what was desired. I don't know how you've survived so far without using your wildcard, your team surely doesn't look like that of someone who hasn't used a wildcard at all, I'd say if it's not broken then don't try to fix it, If you're however looking to make 2-3 transfers then it's only advisable to make use of your wildcard and not let it go to waste since using it wouldn't reset your free transfer to zero like previous seasons.

I guess I really liked my team from the very beginning. Subbed them out only when they were injured or had suspensions. Just a few conscious let-gos include Haaland (as I said earlier). It is increasingly looking like I'll not use the wildcard though, unless many injuries happened (but I still have many transfers).

Yeah, it looks like he could be out for a month, if not more, he also had that hamstring issue last season, I saw a tweet a while ago showing him Crystal Palace on crutches

This was the first time I sold Saka and earlier when it happened this season I was actually really surprised to see him come back so early, I actually held off buying him when he came back because I thought it was a hamstring. I've said it before, I thought coaches have learnt to let hamstrings heal properly, especially when they recur, each injury gives more risks a new injury, so the longer you let it heal, the better. We had that issue with Mane before, and then at one point we just kept him until we were 100% sure. He was upset about it, but he never recurred once he returned to the field.

Guess I can now welcome back a couple more players with Saka's budget returned to me. What a shame, still my favourite player in EPL who's not a Red.

Generally a really good week - but with Palmer as captain I lost all the points that the rest of my team gained to all those captaining Salah - and it's the majority.

You did good having to market Amad. Somehow, how they perform is often related to team performance. Wouldn’t say I expected much from him but, I can see you clearly did and he messed up. You should hold on to him for a couple of GWs though, I guess he would love to come through in the next one.
Lots of goals and very few teams have got the points to show for it. Chelsea dropped points today and Palmer didn’t reward none of those captaincy. Couldn’t be any less proud of Salah in this moment.
