True, they folded at the beginning. But they did fight back to get themselves level, but still lost in the end. Liverpool should finish in the top five and qualify for the champions league, but i am not sure if Slot is keeping his job. Talking about the champions league and managers, what a job Carrick has done, and United are now back in the champions league. Should United stick with him? I would be very upset if FSG keep him for next season. It doesn't look like he has it in him anymore. One week we trounce Everton, the next we get spanked by United. There is no rhythm or consistency at all, and he's pushing out many youngsters who are actually good for the club.

Naturally, when I need a decent round and everybody around me has more or less the same teams, you end up with 2 Brentford defenders earning 24 points in total and you having none of them in your 11.
Classic FPL, but it was my call to go with Tavernier ahead of Hill. It was 50/50, not the best time to pick the wrong one.

The best thing that can happen to me is if Palmer/Pedro don't play tomorrow, but I think they are both cleared to start. Let's see, maybe lady luck shines on me.

The most disappointing thing is Leeds - 3 points from Darlow and Struijk combined at home vs Burnley.

Why wouldn't he? He was left out of the FA cup squad for the Southampton game, but i think that was more about getting a rest than any injury concern. I am very positive that Semenyo starts tomorrow against Everton and even if he does not, it would be due to tactical reasons more than anything. You have Semenyo in your squad?

As for who to blame, Liam Rosenior is gone, but you still do not have a manager, except you consider Calum McFarlane to be one.
I think the end of the season cannot come more quickly for Chelsea and they would probably finish in the bottom side of the table.

It is a public holiday in the UK therefore that is when some matches are traditionally played. The stadium should be near full capacity as most of the fans will have the day off.

Having said that, can you believe what just happened at Stamford Bridge? Chelsea losing at home to Nottingham Forest is one thing but losing the match 3-1 (whilst being 3-0 down at one stage and managing to find a 90+ minute consolation) is another.

How on earth can Chelsea find a solution to the mess they find themselves in? Finding a world class manager before the start of next season has to be the priority but the board will have to give him time. Also, the fans need to have patience with the next manager while they simultaneously continue to organise demonstrations against the current owners. It will be a difficult time for all connected to the club.

I missed out on accumulating points from the Manchester City players because they conceded three goals. I will try again next week  

It was a disappointing night for Guardiola and his Manchester City team as they drew 3-3 against Everton. They will host Brentford at home on Sunday 11th May and West Ham United host Arsenal on Monday 12th May. If Manchester City cannot take all three points, they will present the Premier League to Arsenal. If Manchester City win but Arsenal lose, the gap will become just two points and if Manchester City beat Crystal Palace on Wednesday 13th May, they will be above Arsenal in the table by a point.

Guardiola is hoping his team can beat Brentford at home and then West Ham United can beat Arsenal. Without that scenario, it seems impossible for Manchester City to win the Premier League.

I guess 1 goal and 1 bonus point from Haaland this gameweek should be considered a haul, considering how close he was to not getting on the scoresheet, If Man City had not conceded those goals who know if he'd have even scored... I just feel super awful for not having Cherki right or even Doku, as both players seem far better than Semenyo, and it doesn't make an iota of sense taking out Semenyo for -4 points to bring Cherki only Guardiola to do things only Guardiola does.
