Looking at Manchester United in the Premier League table, if they had beaten West Ham United and also 10 man Everton then they would three points behind Arsenal. It will be interesting to see the Premier League table on new years day because it will change again.

I’m very disappointed with Salah’s performance this week. It should probably be enough to get used to seeing 2–3 points, but getting zero is beyond reasonable limits. I’ve already made a transfer for next week, freed up 5.7M and I’m planning to use the 4 free transfers that became available right before Gameweek 16. I don’t think I’ll add him back to my team anytime soon. It’s time to change the strategy completely, because 34 points don’t satisfy me at all.

You may not have to worry about him anymore. I believe he has played his last game for Liverpool and would be sold in January. He didn't travel to the squad to face Inter Milan in the champions league and i don't think he would be in the squad to face Brighton. The reason being his explosive interview after the Leeds United game.

To be fair, there are a lot worse options for the captaincy. Rice generally plays well in every game for Arsenal and he is just as good as any of the leading players in his position to help accumulate points. If he manages an assist and/or a goal, then your captain decision will bring you points.

The thing i admire with CLS63 is the courage to take this risk, I can bet most of us usually have some of his wild ideas but wasn’t courageous to actually take them they just remained in our drafts and this pool is about hitting maximum points in weeks were most people are actually getting very low points and this is what CLS63 has perfected seriously.

I think the week I had actually taking a risk of changing captain to saka against many pool members plays was my best game week which suggests that the best gambler or risk taker is always the winner here.

I don't think anyone was screwed with their transfer choices more than me in that past month or thereabout, every player I bring in seemed to have had their best game just a match before I bring them in and whenever I take a player out they somehow find a way to score points, and for most of my long term plans they always just fall short, I remember how much I was looking to bring in 2-3 Liverpool players after the break, but after several weeks of planning and giving up on short term decisions in order to wait for the better fixtures, it's either my target players get injured or the team become really poor.

My 5 free transfers remains only 2 and I also beginning to feel like I might need a bit more, especially since Gakpo now out for a few weeks after only bringing him in the previous game week

Oh, all right, i get you. Yeah it is all uncertain with Salah right now and i am sure no active manager has him in their team. He is also travelling to Morocco with Egypt for the Afcon, just after the Brighton game. And nobody is even sure if he would be a part of the squad to face Brighton.

However, just like you i have also made a couple of changes. I sold Virgin and a few other players. I bought Bowen, i think he is a good asset to have right now. I am still undecided if to sell Semenyo or not, but i'd make that decision before the deadline.
