For me, comparing results in the domestic league and the Champions League for Real Madrid is not that relevant. I've seen how difficult they are in La Liga, but they don't seem to have any problems in the Champions League. I don't know if this is the impact of their weak opponent or something else. Now they have a very tough opponent, even said to be a tougher club than they are at the moment. Manchester City is a team that can be said to be one of the strongest teams this season as representatives of the Premier League in the Champions League. I actually agree with @Coyster because, at this stage of the Champions League competition, I don't think there is going to be any favorite. Unless it is Real Madrid we are talking about. A lot of people might think that Inter is not performing well in the Italian League. That's why they might not be able to perform in the Champions League as well. But I will say that Inter will perform well in the Champions League because they are not performing well in the Italian League.

Though I've not really been following the match of this two teams like back to back, but from the few matches I've watch the both team play respectively, I agree with you, AC Milan and inter Milan are two great team that are really good at what they do, but then, if this two teams are meeting, I will give the victory to AC Milan, I am not going to go into details as to why I think AC Milan will win, but let this just be as a prediction from me, inter Milan is great, but AC Milan is better based on my observations.

The presence of two big clubs from the Italian League in the Champions League Semi-finals this season was actually quite a surprise for all of us. The reason is that since the group stage I'm quite sure that very few predicted that Inter Milan and AC Milan would make it to the Semi-finals.

The majority of us all have even more high hopes for Napoli and Benfica who will qualify for the semi-finals. But football is sometimes difficult to predict.

Though Pep Guardiola has learnt from the last defeat he got against Madrid last season and playing against them again he may not really ask his defenders to concentrate only on Benzema knowing that both Vinicious Junior and Rodry can score from any angle.
Manchester city can win against Madrid and yes Madrid can also trash City if they fail to work on their defense even as they will want to attack Real Madrid just to get an early goal and Madrid will also not forget how they conceded goals against City last season so the two teams will be ready not to repeat the mistake they made last season but at the end there will always be a winner. With Haaland and KDB feet to play for City I think they should have a very good midfield and attack against Madrid but am still not sure they have good defense yet.

Manchester City are the best this season, even with the target of winning the champions league Manchester City are very strong to continue to to maintain their performance in the English Premier League.  It is not easy for a team to win Premier league for the season which is known as one of the toughest league and still strong to win  champions league.  Manchester City have always proved good they are in every game by scoring good numbers goals .

Of course pep Guardiola is a great coach and can always learn from his mistakes to later make things right. Manchester City ending  the season with such a great performance and achievement is something that may still  reflect in the next season,  Manchester city doesn't seem like a team that will decline in their performance.

Napoli's decline in performance was completely sudden. They were consistently performing well. But suddenly Napoli conceded a 4-0 defeat against Milan in Serie A. This was a completely unexpected result. And in several matches after that, we saw erratic performances from Napoli. Napoli's performance against AC Milan was also poor in the Champions League match as well. And so Napoli failed to qualify for the semi-finals.
Both Inter Milan and AC Milan seem equally likely to win. The performances of these two teams have been erratic in Serie A this season as well. So there is no way to say for sure which team will qualify for the finals.

The game will be played, and one team will undoubtedly qualify for the finals, albeit we are unsure which one due to their outstanding individual performances. The final game is the real deal. I don't think any of these clubs, assuming they make it to the final, will be able to face either of the other two teams in the semifinals, Real Madrid or Manchester City. I know champions league finals are usually intense and fierce, but I doubt this one will be given the teams who will face each other in the finals.
