I feel like both Milan and Inter have equal chances to win this series, and this is why I am going to bet on home teams to win their own games, that is what I said before and that is what it will be like for my bets. AC Milan was impressive in first half of this season, but recently they are on decline which is surely not good sign as things are heading for the end we need better performance from them, but they fail to maintain their performance with their defence is also terrible but Inter is surely having aggressive approach in last few weeks which is helping them for having better results and their defence is also working better even we have many Italian sides in top ranks of UEFA, but their performance is surely not as par we need for competitive results.

For this semifinal prediction is never been easy because derby matches are never been easy with any team on match-day can go through into positive shape, and we can expect surprise but as Milan beats Napoli this was really amazing which is also can go through for them like we have for Real Madrid in Champions League matches both darling teams can face each other as well.

Real Madrid is surely not having the best of season in their domestic league but one thing about the club is that they know how to play in the Champions League competition.
Manchester on the other hand has been exceptionally great this season both in the domestic games and in the UEFA Champions League competition but I still don't think that it gives them an edge over Real Madrid. Talking about who deserves to win the UEFA Champions League, I think the two clubs deserves to win it. Man City have been thwarted several times by Madrid in the UCL but this time maybe they have learned a lot that the Champions League atmosphere is not only about quality players because if you talk about quality, of course this season PSG has the ideal squad. You are right. But I feel that Inter Milan and Ac Milan cannot be underestimated either. Both of these teams have had a not-so-good level of consistency in Serie A. But they surprised us by advancing to the semi-finals beating far-favored Benfica and Napoli.

And now we are sure that Real Madrid or Man City will win. depending on who passes to the final between these two teams. But I feel that unexpected things can happen in the final. Although I expected Man City. but in the end everyone has an equal chance this time.

I tend to agree with your opinion, and of course it would be very bad or maybe too careless if Milan only focused on the Champions League. No one knows who will qualify for the final and win the title this season even though Milan appeared quite impressive in the quarter-finals.
