Milan played very badly in the match due to which they could not win the match and did not score any goals. Many thought that Milan was a strong team, but they did not perform well at home. No one could have imagined that they would concede two goals at the start of the first half. It was the two goals between the 8th and 11th minutes that gave Inter the most joy. You can probably say that Inzaghi takes Inter to the final, since the second game will be focused on the defense, and if Inter still manage to score a goal, which is quite realistic, then Milan will not be able to do anything. There was no other choice for Pioli in the second leg other than playing all out. Since the match between inter Milan and AC Milan has never been played, I have feelings that inter Milan will defeat Ac Milan. This is because inter Milan's performance in the Series A league indicates that inter Milan are in better condition than Ac Milan. Inter Milan defeated Ac Milan with 2-0 in 11 minutes, and this indicates that Ac Milan has no intention of winning the second leg match again because it will be very difficult to recover from that defeat.
We shouldn't make predictions about the final that Inter Milan and Manchester will be a good fit because real Madrid didn't give up or lose the second  match against them with Manchester City. I can't say if Inter Milan played better than Ac Milan or not because the game in the first minutes was really unexpecting and Inter Milan scored two goals while Ac Milan was shocked because the performance of them but regardless of these first minutes I think both teams had a good and close performance.

Anceloti did assign players in his defense to block the movement from Haaland, certainly making Halaand ineffective in making threats, I think it is a good decision from Madrid coach to kill Haaland, and almost all spaces can be covered by defender Madrid from Mancaster attack City.

As things were going into first half, and they have lead I was feeling they will be ended as winner, and we will have good second leg match, but draw is surely going to be advantage for the Manchester City but still their strategy works against Haaland, and he was not effective in this match which helps Real Madrid hopefully they will go for the second leg match with better improved way and try to clinch match and have another final even this all is good on papers and in realty nothing is sure and predictable.

Manchester City played absolutely well last night by making Madrid struggle to get the ball and it's what I was expecting from the Citizens, to me Madrid was no match for City. After the first goal by Vinicius Jr I thought that would be another problem for Manchester CITY, like they would be panicking to get an equalizer but Pep controlled his boys asking them to continue pushing till they got a goal.
I still don't know why whenever it comes to a crucial game such as this, Erling Haaland would just be a ghost in the game, like is worrisome and Pep Guardiola needs to start up somebody who's not relaxing in games such as this like Alvarez. I believe he [Alvarez] can do better than Erling or if possibly play both attackers in the return leg and make the defense of Madrid work more than they did in the first leg and hopefully it will be a win for City at the end.

I wouldn't say that Real Madrid's performance was bad. But I expected a better performance from Real Madrid. Luka Modric is back from injury. But he could not play well in this match. More importantly, Benzema's performance was not good in this match. If Benzema had played well, maybe Madrid would have won.
Real Madrid has fallen behind by not being able to win home matches. In the previous season, we saw Real Madrid lose 4-3 against Manchester City in the away match, but they managed to qualify for the final thanks to a 3-1 win at home. But this time they can't play well in the home match. I think Manchester City will qualify for the final.

This was a very fierce match, both teams took the initiative to play a fast tempo, and there were lots of collisions which resulted in 4 yellow cards. I don't think it's the day of the strikers because they seem to be deadlocked. The tight defense of each team makes it difficult to create good opportunities. I expected this match to be very competitive and both teams will play very fast. We got a chance to enjoy a wonderful match. The players of both the teams tried hard to score. However, Real Madrid cannot take advantage of the home. I'd say Ancelotti was defeated by Guardiola's match tactics at home. I won't say that Real Madrid played badly, but I expected them to win. But they can't win. However, after losing the first leg last season, Madrid produced a great performance in the second leg and beat City to qualify for the final. I hope the second leg will be more crowded.

Yes, Haaland wasn’t effective on the pitch in the game with Real Madrid. He didn’t get the nice passes he normally gets from De Bruyne and other players. Haaland himself is a dangerous striker and Madrid knew that. They had caged him real good and given him no room to do anything productive.

I think De Bruyne, after having realized that Haaland couldn’t be totally relied upon to score a goal cause of the close marking he receives from the Madrid defense, went ahead on his own and with a beautiful strike, scored a goal to help equalize the game that finally ended in a draw. I also think Haaland is a amazing player no doubt. But I doubt he could create chances on his own and score goals.

Antonio Rudiger have played well with huge pressure and not space having by Haaland creating chance and scoring goals, but Madrid left space on the midfielder are after De Bruyne success scoring one goal and make second leg games become interested for both team has chance who will qualify to final stage. Ancelotti will face difficult choose for second leg match because Militao between David Alaba and Rudiger on center defender or Rudiger will replace by Militao after complete yellow card accumulation.

Looks like Inter Milan one step closer to Champion League final after winning 0-2 on first leg, playing home for second leg will make them seems easy for winning and Milan face difficult because have to win above three goals. I watched with Inter has consistent performance on first half and many attempt created and remember how Mkhitaryan chance still hit the goal post.

Milan's appearance was not as expected, of course that is the defeat that did not match what most people predicted. Milan convinced many when they beat Napoli in the quarter-finals, but their form has been dropping in Serie A since then which has affected their appearance in the semi-final first leg.

I agree that Inter will be more favourites now that they have a 2 goal advantage in the first leg, so it is true that Milan will only have a lower chance of qualifying for the final. The second leg will be more difficult, but we also know that nothing is certain now. Milan was expected to force the game into extra time and the team that qualified would be decided by a penalty. For me it is possible even though the chances are low.

Everyone certainly wouldn't have thought that Inter Milan could easily penetrate Ac Milan's defense in the first half. As if Ac Milan really wasn't ready for this first leg semi-final match.

Even though I had predicted that Inter Milan would win and score two goals. But I think the 2 goals that Inter Milan got in that match were too easy and too fast. As if Ac Milan really doesn't have the solid defense they usually have. The first half of the match was really boring because Ac Milan really couldn't put up a strong fight and kept losing the ball when trying to build an attack. The confidence of the AC Milan players in the first half was really bad. They don't play as well as they usually do.

But in the second half, I was a little disappointed with Inter Milan, who actually used a defensive strategy. Even though I expected a hotter match in the second half. And conversely, in the second half, Ac Milan actually had more opportunities, but luckily Inter Milan actually managed to create a solid defense in the second half. And actually if Inter Milan continues to make an active attack strategy like in the first half then I think Inter Milan has the chance to increase the number of goals in the second half. But it seems that Inter Milan chose to secure the 2 goals they got in the first half.

The first 20 minutes that made everything look messy for Ac milan, because two goals came from 8 and 11 minutes making ac milan not in a good enough situation especially they were very fragile in terms of defense, even the goal from dzeko didn't get a good guard from the line  the ac milan defense which made the game even more chaotic after inter milan took the lead quickly.

This defeat made it even more difficult for AC Milan to compete in the second leg later because it would make it difficult for them to chase 2 goals. but the chance is still there but I'm pessimistic they can do it if their game is like the first leg. Dzeko became an important actor for Inter Milan in this match, he was able to ignite the enthusiasm of his players to play more aggressively.
