I have the same thought. Barcelona is indeed a big team that they are currently in first place in La Liga, but their performance in the European arena was not that great. We all know that they were knocked out of the Champions League, and it is not certain that they will also be able to qualify for the round of 16 in the European league. I think Man United also has the same big chance to qualify for the next round because they have the capability to beat Barcelona.

If we look at the statistical calculations and the readiness of the players, I am optimistic that Barcelona can beat Manchester United in the playoffs later. because after all, Manchester United is still very weak on their front line. I like the pattern of Ten Hag's strategy, he is better than any other coach after Sir Alex Ferguson. however, as we know, that Manchester still lacks sharpness on its front lines.

There are so many big clubs in the european league. Barcelona has a very good statistic against MU caused by it was always winning when it faces MU. But it's also good that we saw these two teams from different leagues meet early, that means we can see between the two teams who will challenge for the Europa League final with Arsenal currently the strongest candidate to reach the final, but it is also possible for other teams because this is just an opinion based on the statistics of each team

So far this is first meet from both of teams after changed coaches so there is no recent statistics as reference to predict who is the winner of this match but Manchester United in the last two season had good records while against Spanish teams that they only lose once from 4 matches so maybe this indicated Manchester United know how to beat Spanish teams including Barcelona but these records is not guaranteed will makes Manchester United will overcomes Barcelona because it depend on their situations when they playing and because playoff matches hasn't begin yet so i will assume Barcelona and Manchester United had equal chances to qualified to the next round

There are so many big clubs in the european league. Barcelona has a very good statistic against MU caused by it was always winning when it faces MU. Casemiro is one of best defensive midfielders in many years and he did get good contribution in Manchester United. The same contribution for Bruno Fernandez but the player has a more positive performance in Portugal than in his club last one season.

Rashford is a surprise because he did not play too good in United and nobody expected a lot in this World Cup. He started World Cup as alternative player, not in England squad. Now he scored 3 goals and are competing to win the Golden boot of World Cup with Mbappe.

In Europa League, Manchester United will play with Barcelona in a play-off match which is surely a very big one. With good forms of these players, chance for Manchester United to win Barcelona is higher a bit.

Barcelona was finding it difficult to win their games in Champions league and now in the Europa league I'm still wondering how it is possible for Barcelona to win the Europa League when their are other clubs that can be a problem to them. I really want to see them focused on winning La Liga this season so as they can go off some of those financial crises and woes they're currently having. I'm not trying to be selfish, involved in too many games can see some important player's injured. So I'll want Manchester United to win against Barcelona.

As Per Manchester United, results is all that matters, winning the Europa League under Erik Ten Hag will bring a bit of a big boost in every single Manchester United player's. I hope they win it and qualifies for the Champions League next season.

Barcelona are going to be my favourite side in their matchup against Manchester United. They are already favoured by bookies as well. Both of these teams are the closest candidates for the Europa League title at the same time. Because of that it isn't good to see one of them saying goodbye to it already in this round. Barcelona have shown a really poor performance against big opponents so far. It was the main reason why they were eliminated in the Champions League as well.

Xavi will need to focus on this problem during this break. If he finds out how he can end this then they would play very strongly against Manchester United and even control the game in both legs. It is however obvious that they are favourites against United, and that also means if they can beat United, there are not that many teams left which Barcelona would not be high favourites against. This still doesn't mean that they will win it, Frankfurt wasn't favourites against Barcelona last year and they still managed to beat them, which means Barcelona could win against United and then lose to a much lower level team, we do not know.

This is just a general talk about who has the highest chance to win, but even on a 30% chance to win, which would be higher than any other team, that still leaves a combined 70% for all the other teams and that is the thing we should remember.

Even if Barcelona are not in the best form they can still beat Man United in the Europa League. Xavi has talked themselves down on winning the Europa League but I feel that is a kind of mind game he is playing around.

I don't agree with your opinion because even though they will face Manchester United in the Play offs, they are still the favorites even in this match.
