Manchester United have quit well current performance in group stage this season and have the same points collected with Arsenal, I don't think what your reason about Manchester United have underperformance this season after win 5 matches and have 1 loss at group stage. I think with play off round match against with Barcelona looks unlucky moment for United because loss difference goals with Real Sociedad although last matchday success beat Sociedad at their home.
Still have possibility for Manchester United with Europe League tittle actually if can beat Barcelona in play off round begin at February 17th for first leg and second Manchester United playing home on 24th February.

In this season Arsenal is doing amazing job, and we can expect improvement in coming weeks but can they keep this momentum, and we will be able to watch them as winner of the two titles because they are capable of having amazing stuff and new player's entry can bring more success with good and strong competition.

IMO, from my point of view. Barcelona has players who are not below standard, even now they are at the top of La Liga even though they are 2 points away from their rivals. the Barcelona players fulfill the requirements, becoming one of the strong challengers in the Europa League competition. with one condition, must overthrow Manchester United in the playoffs later.  unfortunately, Barcelona still has some weaknesses and I totally understand that. because after all, currently Xavi is rebuilding Barcelona's strength. at least, it takes process and time. from the front line, Barcelona has a very dangerous striker. it's just that, their young midfielders still need high flying hours so that their skills and talents are getting honed.

I agree with you that one of these four teams for sure will be the winner of the tournament.

But I think as you said, the winner of Manchester United versus Barcelona might also win the tournament as well. Gabriel Jesus getting injured has been a big blow for Arsenal. I personally don't think Juventus have been as good as they used to be 2 or 3 years back.

So, I guess one of Barcelona or Manchester United might have an edge over the other two teams. But I think Barcelona have the most chance as United have been really inconsistent in terms of their game. On top of that they have even released Cristiano Ronaldo which is quite unfortunate. I think only time will tell who the champion will be.
