Manchester United vs Real betis was a boring game for me. I expected Real Betis to try to get goals and fight to remain in the Champions league but obviously Manchester United are just too strong for them and United won in the second leg to seal their place in the next rounds of the tournament.

I predict a lot of goals in this match because I think Real Betis will put up a fight sadly no they don't score
I lost my parlay only in this match even though the other matches were as predicted.
By the way it wasn't Porto that beat Arsenal but it was Sporting CP , yes it's a shame Arsenal got knocked out.

I did not expect to see many goals in this match. Because Manchester United won 4-1 in the home match. And the chances of Real Betis scoring 4 goals against United in the second leg were slim. This is the most surprising result in my opinion because Arsenal seem to be very comfortable playing at the Emirates Stadium because winning by a narrow score is enough for them, but it turns out that even after extra time they have not been able to break the deadlock, and the match must be decided by penalty shoot-out again to the starting point and nothing is stronger because the mentality of the player who becomes the executor is very decisive, with this failure Arsenal can now focus more on the league, it's just a shame because they are quite favorites in this competition but should be eliminated early for failing in a penalty shootout.

To tell the truth I don't believe Sevilla deserved next round here. They didn't do anything special in either in the first leg or this leg. Their performance against Fenerbahçe in the second leg was very poor. 10 of Sevilla's players played the role of defender. Because of this Fenerbahçe's players could not break the defense of the civil. However, Sevilla is likely to lose both matches in the next round. Sevilla's performance in La Liga is also very poor.

Real Betis could not entertain their fans at their home stadium. A game with many saved attempts would have been better than their boring game that ended in conceding one more goal. I was expecting a very difficult moment for Manchester United but Betis gave Manchester a more easy entry into the quarter finals.

With the way they held a draw against Villarreal and Madrid this season in the Laliga, i thought it would have been even hotter for Manchester in the second leg at least a fight to remain in the competition but they blew the chance away. It is another big level up for Manchester United.

Since arsenal leaves from europa league and the only chance for arsenal to win a trophy was coming from the EPL. I see no reason for arsenal not to focus on EPL this season. I think that will be greatly affecting arsenal in EPL. Arsenal is having a chance to lose EPL as well as the gap to the manchester city was not so big at this moment too. Arsenal were knockout from the europa league with penalty shootout against sporting Cp in the emirate stadium. The gunners are having a sad moments, I'm just viewing if Arsenal failed to lift a single trophy this summer, what's it going to be for Mikel Arteta, the players and the fans. What do you expect from Manchester United to score more four goals ? That was a good way to play the returning fixture, they have a premier league game during the weekend they'll have to save them strength for that game against Fulham. Beautiful goal from Marcus Rashford that was beautifully taken. Big credits to Bruno Fernandez, he's been a top player who hasn't been noticed for what he does.

Pain is where gold is, I hope gunner's use thr loss as a catalyst to push them first premier league tittle chase after sixteen years. They fought hard at home but that wasn't enough.

Bad day for the Arsenal team as they couldn't win Sporting after much dominance in the game.Arsenal played very well they had so many goal scoring opportunities but they were only able able to convert one to the only goal that came from Granit Xhaka in the first half of the game but unfortunately for the gunners the scoreline was leveled by Pedro Goncalves in the second half of the game and that brought the game to a more interesting moment until the full-time.

Before they eventually went to the penalties the Gunners had the opportunity of winning the game in the extra time when Sporting Lisbon was reduced to 10 men due to the red card of Manuel Ugarte but the Lisbon team were so powerful to stop the gunners from making good use of their chances until they went to the penalties were they defeated the gunners to book their qualification to the round 8 in the Europa league.

I will not blame Arteta in this case, as a coach he should make a change with the current situation of his team. He decided to rest some of his best players (it does not mean he underestimates Sporting) but maybe because he has made the decision to be focused more on Premier League where his team lead 5 points only to the closest competitor. It is hard decision but it is reasonable enough if Arteta want to win Premier League more than Europa League. I don't know what was on Arteta mind that he had reserved most of his core players in that match whereas the UEL trophy could be proof for Arteta, but unfortunately Arteta underestimated Sporting Lisbon so much that when he included the main players it was very late, in my opinion the match between arsenal and Sporting lisbon are really quite exciting and even Sporting is able to trouble Arsenal defense every time they get the ball, now one chance to win a trophy has been lost and if indeed arsenal slip  in the league then I think arsenal fans will be very sad again, so let's go see how far arsenal can go in the current league.

Arteta was taking a big gamble by benched odegaard while he has become the center for arsenal. Tomiyasu and saliba were injured during the match against sporting lisbon. This is actually a very good news for all of manchester city players caused by they were main backs from arsenal.

Erik Ten Hag probably won't attack too much with the advantage they currently have, and it looks like they will try to delay the game without the ambition to be able to score as many goals. I completely agree with you up to that point where Arsenal scored an early goal in the 19th minute. To be honest I thought that that goal is the opener to the next round in the Europa League because the set up was perfect for Arsenal. Take the lead in their home stadium, concentrate on the defense and wait for their chances with fast counter attacks and their strong offense with the people in the stadium in the back.

But Sporting stayed strong enough and was patiently waiting for their chance. A second goal would have been the end for them, but this way they could keep believing in themselves and then in overtime they knew that both is fine, either to score a goal or to take it to the penalties. A great achievement for Sporting that deserves respect.

Arsenal officials focused more on EPL than they did on Europa league, and the league didn't allow them enough time to prepare for their next matches, expecially today's game. It's good they lost the match, though the players performance were top notch but luck wasn't on their side. Sporting officials on the other hand looked confident and felt no pressure. Arsenal team had pressure written all over them, which wasn't a good sign for the team. Arteta didn't start majority of his key players is another factor that contributed to their poor start, however when some of their key players were later introduced into the match they indeed changed the match, though Sporting Lisbon is equally a formidable side and played brilliantly well and rewarded with a long range shot which passed Ramsdale as their equalizer, unfortunately Arsenal were unlucky in the penalty shoot out, now that they are out of Europa league they should pay more attention to winning the EPL trophy and will aslo qualify for UCL next season.

Truly, sporting team tightened up their game after scoring the first goal, even during the extra times sporting played more of defense than attack. Arsenal officials made a mistake of adding the benched key players, I think out of pressure they were introduced into the game, the previous players that first scored the goal would have kept sporting at bay till the game ends. Those key players didn't understand the game completely because they didn't train for that particular game. That's why all they did was change the game without scoring any goal. Saga was not in form and other key players that later joined the game. They missed to shoot some ball that would have led them to the next round of the game. Well, lets see how good they'll play in the premier league now that they have lots of time to train for the premier league.
