It's disappointing seeing Arsenal get eliminated from the tournament, Arsenal fans will have to watch other teams go on with the competition. Manchester United vs Sevilla is a good pairing as both teams are on good level and able to go head to head, the better team on game days will win that match. I expect Juventus to advance from the match with Sporting, if Juventus can qualify ahead of Sporting then they can be said to be favorites for the trophy this season.

I agree that Arsenal fans must be super angry right now with the way things are looking, they are leading premier league so it looks like they should have been easily beating anyone else as well, maybe fail at United or Juventus whatever but not against Lisbon, that looks like a game they should be capable of winning for sure.

It's the football world, sometimes you can be at the top of the world and then there are some situations where you end up with a loss unexpectedly against a team that you should be winning. Look at Napoli Lazio game just recently, they managed to win against everyone and then ended up losing to Lazio, nobody expected that neither.

Don't underestimate Feyenoord too much because the reality is, Feyenoord this season is also very good in the Eredivisie by only getting one defeat and making Feyenoord currently at the top of the Eredivisie standings. Therefore, in my opinion, it is very unlikely that Feyenoord cannot score against AS Roma because after all, AS Roma is a team that can be said to not have good consistency.

Looking at the match-ups of the quarterfinal in the Europa League, i really have to say that there are some really big teams playing there and i would even say, that the matches between Juventus and Sporting and also Manchester United and Sevilla have at least the same amount of quality than the two quarterfinals in the Champions League of Milan vs Napoli and Inter vs Benfica.
So i am really looking forward to those two games. The only match in the Europa League that seems to have a pretty clear favorite is Leverkusen vs. Union SG, but the belgian team has already proven, that they are able to eliminate better teams so Bayer Leverkusen needs to be really careful there too.

Yeah glad to see that sporting eliminated arsenal from europa league. When compared to Sporting, Arsenal didn't from my point of view show enough drive and determination to win the match. Looking at the game, an unbiased fan could easily tell that Sporting mounted a lot of pressure on Arsenal like I have never seen before. This team actually deserve the win because they put up their best fight and never took their chances for granted. On the other hand, despite the loss, I am a bit troubled with the injuries that were sustained during the match. Praying the team future matches won't be affected by this.
