I think you should revise the information for the Exolix exchange. Obviously, some of the very important ones are incorrect

When we add to this the case where the user was get 100% stolen coins from them, which were subsequently frozen by a third party, we have to admit that this is quite arrogant and irresponsible behavior on the part of Exolix.

Also, this "Guaranteed never-KYC regardless for our users only" is very questionable and can lead to deception because it seems that you are participating in their illegal seizure of coins.
I mean, what is the difference in tainted coins if they go through the Orangefren referral link? Respect for your deal and the way you run your business, but the selective treatment of coins in this case gives a very negative image of Exolix exchanger.

Funds going through our link get a different (usually worse) exchange rate, but these swaps are done using Exolix's own liquidity. This allows them to offer a guarantee of never demanding KYC and instead refunding funds if they don't like them.

If there was a situation wherein our user had the coins he received from Exolix be frozen then we would demand that Exolix replace these coins or otherwise refund him and if they were to decline doing so we would use their security deposit held as part of the OrangeFren Guarantee for the same purpose.

No, there were no such cases for our users.

First, user funds were frozen (as they say, by their liquidity provider), and after a long time, they asked for KYC information and the source of funds.
User Judavd did not use the Orangefren platform for the transaction on Exolix, so it does not fall under the OF guarantee of refunds and no-KYC.

Searching for 0.01 XMR > LTC gives 3 results. None of them work, they all ask for a higher minimum. So they shouldn't show up at all.
For the last one, Orangefren tells me I'll receive a negative amount:

First one was for FixedFloat and minimum XMR amount there is 0.002149, BUT I would never use that exchange for anything because  they often freeze coins.
Other exchanges in my results are Swapter, Xchange, CHangeNow and Octoswap.
You are right about Swapter, they don't even have LTC option at receiving end, and Octoswap havemuch higher minimum, same as Xchange.

Thanks for the reports, disabled OctoSwap for a while. It seems like an issue when the amounts are very small and the onchain fees are higher the output amount.

This is an interesting point. I guess you emphasized this rule somewhere. Someone who comes to the site and doesn't know about something like this may think that a service is complete trash because there are only negative reviews.
I don't know how feasible it is, but for example, it would be good if you had some kind of count of how many transactions were made. In this way, users would have an even better picture of the quality of a service, because it is not the same if there is one negative review for 5k orders or if there are two negative reviews for 10 transactions.

Also, if a negative case is successfully resolved in the end, how is it resolved? Is it being deleted, or just adding commentary and information about the final epilogue?

This is a very unusual approach. I understand that you are trying to be transparent about the service and not hide the fact that there are also problems and that users can be dissatisfied after using some of the exchanges listed on OrangeFren. However, I still wouldn't show only negative reviews. It will look bad, and people may choose not to swap at all if everything they see on your website is bad. They may think it's a scam service advertising scam exchanges.

I would mix it up. Keep the fake and cheap-looking positive reviews away, but leave those that seem honest and are helpful.

Luckily I didn't have negative experience with any exchanges recently, so I didn't write anything, but it surely helps to read reviews if they are real.
There must be some proof, and I think it would be good to read bad reviews before using exchange.

Good point about the site ending up looking sketchy, because of this.

Our scoring system works close to what you described insofar as every "happy" swap increases an exchange's rating. That's why, although some exchanges have a few negative reviews, they still often have a score of 10.

We only remove negative reviews if they are either untrue, we can't verify them or the user who posted the review removes it. Likely soon we'll add a way to leave a note under a review from the exchange and/or from us.

Negative reviews are only approved after we verify them. A competitor can write a negative review, but they must prove actual wrongdoing.
