Thanks for correcting me. So Croatia is not yet out. Even then, it will be very difficult for them to qualify for the next phase. I checked the ranking of third placed teams, and Croatia needs to be in top-4 out of a total of 6 teams. But at this point, they are at the 5th position, behind Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia. As you have posted, there is a small chance that Croatia can move up this table, but that will take a lot of generosity from teams like England, Portugal and Danmark.

The Dutch game so far is still very far from expectations, the midfield is unable to maintain the rhythm of the game well. After 3 matches without conceding a goal, Spain completed the group with a nice statistic. The match between Croatia and Italy was very exciting. Croatia failed to score in the first half, but Luka Modric scored after missing a penalty to give his team a 1-0 lead. France will qualify even if they draw against Poland. Poland has no chance of qualifying because they haven't won two matches.
The Netherlands also has a chance to qualify with the results they have obtained in the last two matches.
I can say, France and Austria and the Netherlands have a chance to qualify. Two of them will qualify automatically, the other one will qualify from the best third place.

Make that three goals. The game is going as expected; tough and both sides not giving in to the other. I never thought Austria will be able to get a goal, much less two because I felt Netherlands will try to dominate the game through out. Incredible match between Italy and Croatia.  As soon as we thought that Croatia would be able to win, Italy was able to equalize at the very last moment. In the 98th minute to be exact, it is Mattia Zaccagni who equalizes the score. Italy actually played very well in this match. I will actually lie if I say that they did not deserve to get at least one point from this match. It was a good goal from Modrić and I thought that was going to take Croatia to the win. But they just could not defend well enough till the very end.

So if I am not wrong Italy is actually through to the next stage. Because they probably needed only a draw to actually get to the next stage but Croatia needed to win the match. So I guess when I predicted that Italy was actually going to not win the match I was not wrong. But I did say that Croatia had a good chance to win. That did not happen as well.
