It's crazy that they can throw Messi and the Argentinian team out like that. Like a piece of unwanted trash... People are saying the World Cup Final was rigged and it shows that anybody is Expendable... In other points of topic do you think people should invest in Yamal rookie cards I also shared this thoughts in my head at a certain time, especially after the games they played against Egypt and England. I do not see it that way now, I feel they had this soft spot for Argentina whenever they play. Maybe a slight bias but we should never say it was rigged either. I take back my words if I ever penned down these thoughts of mine by mistake. I also won't say the game was boring. It only exposed how Argentina are more of a vile and disgusting side if you pull out Lionel Messi. Glad football won. You know the Genesis of this rigged allegations, it's all because some fans can't swallow the same pill they give to people, they rather want to do to others and this world cup exposed some people that have this behavior especially the Ronaldo fans. I have been fan of Ronaldo but I can't sit near most of them, they don't know how to differentiate between fact and opinion or maybe they do but don't want to accept fact because they know they are losers. I don't have anything to say about Argentina, I was totally offended and disappointed with how they played, the least I expected was to make an attempt but from the beginning of that match till the end, there was never an attempted to near goal keeper for one single moment. That's not football, that's dependency on Messi and believe me if he is no longer in that team anymore, that team will not smell group stage in years to come.

It was a really bad day for Argentina. They not only performed poorly throughout the match, but they also behaved in an unprofessional manner. Admittedly, not everyone behaved that way , but the behaviour of a few has tarnished their reputation somewhat. If only they’d been able to play without the pressure from the start, I reckon Argentina might well have put up a fight against Spain. Unfortunately, Argentina chose to play aggressively , and it was precisely because of that that they failed to find their rhythm. ~
That's the beauty of this ending. Argentina didn't just lose the title - they were humiliated both in sporting terms (the first team to fail to score a shot on target in 90 minutes in a World Cup final) and in reputational ruin. Now the whole world is talking about what a disgraceful team this is, how much FIFA ( Fixed It For Argentina) favored them. If this tournament had been less shameful, and Argentina had simply lost their title (perhaps without even reaching the final), then past sins would have been forgotten and they would have remained in memory as normal winners of 2022, but now all the sins and help from the referee are remembered and Argentina has lost respect for the long term. Hahaha...well, it was a bad final for Argentina, yet the country deserves some respects. It's not easy to get to the final of the world cup, and was just winning all your matches until you get there. Fine, they met their superior at the final, but still not allowing Spain to goal much is something if we are fair. Spain didn't came to that match to watch, but to ruin, and for Argentina to minimise the ruin is commendable itself. And as for referees favouring Argentina, I wonder why people capitalise on this so much. Referees could be one-sided indeed, but it's not enough to upturn the tide in their favour. No one can take away the brilliance of Argentina on the field as well.

In the Egypt match, Egypt lost their focus and went from being 2-0 up to 3-2 down. England experienced a similar situation. Argentina never gave up. It was very difficult for their opponents to resist Argentina. It wouldn't be right to blame only the referees here.

Perhaps, perhaps, in the case of England it's indisputable, but in the case of Egypt it was highway robbery, and on the day in front of everyone, the fact that they disallowed a goal because he barely touched the Argentine player in the groin is something I didn't like, but more than anything football is a rough game, contact is normal, but there they abused it, Argentina scored many goals whose previous plays were due to fouls they committed against other players and VAR didn't intervene there, I hope that technology takes over more of football and they leave the human side aside because it's totally clear that there is corruption.

It's your failure that you did not understand why he was crying. Anyone would cry after losing the World Cup final, doesn't matter how terribly they play in the final. I have to admit that Spain dominated the entire match, and Argentina played terribly. Spain deserved the trophy, and they have won it. But losing the World Cup final is not an easy thing to take. Anyone who takes this to heart will mourn.
As for Paredes, I was terribly angry seeing how he reacted. However, after seeing the interview, I could say that any player would do the same. Paredes said that the player approached them, saying there is no VAR or referee to help Messi today. Paredes then got angry and reacted.
That is true, if you got to the finals, that means you are not a waste of talent, you are a good team. Yes they have faced some simpler teams there is no doubt about that, but they also managed to beat England as well, one of the favourites of the cup, and they did manage that by making a comeback as well. So it is clear that we are seeing how Argentina was not a bad team and they may have come to finals sort of like how Arsenal reached finals of UCL, but it is still finals. One game and you are winners, two in a row would be unforgettable achievement as well.

This year's World Cup has now concluded, and—provided we are still alive—we will see the tournament again in four years. However, four years is a very long time; I might not be young anymore by then, and while we don't know who the future champion will be, one thing is certain: I am already looking forward to the next world Cup
In my opinion Spain winning the title is a good thing; if Argentina had won again, it wouldn't have been as exciting, given that they were the previous champions I do feel sorry for Ronaldo, though; he didn't win this tournament despite his intense ambition to do so. I wonder if he will participate in the next World Cup or not...
Ronaldo won't be participating in the next world cup again so this already concluded world cup is his last. Ronaldo has tried his best and even though he wasn't able to win the world cup before hanging his boot people still have a lot of respect and love for him. The 2030 world cup will be fascinating I am wondering what will become of Argentina since it's been been confirm that messi will not participate in the next world cup I'm curious to know what will then happen to Argentina without messi because this whole time they have been depending on messi to help them win their matches. When Diego Maradona was in the Argentina team, he was an integral part of the team. Later, the Argentina team performed much better without him because the next generation took over the team. Now, as I am talking about Messi, many fans talked about Maradona at that time. With time, more talented players will be born and they will play a leading role in the team's victory. In the Portugal team, Ronaldo is another legendary player and many fans around the world will miss a talented player like him. But after he retires, more talented players will be born and they may play a bigger role in the team's victory. Cristiano Ronaldo's career highest number of goals is 976. He may announce his retirement after touching the record of 1000 goals. Whether it is Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, the players are getting older but their desire to score goals has not decreased. They are performing well and scoring goals in almost every match of the club. I think they should continue playing more as long as they can be physically fit.

You should know that the referee would have paid with his life assuming he decided to side Argentina over England and blow against them carelessly like what the referee did against Egypt. This is because they know that Egypt isn't going to the case seriously unlike, England. It's only in England match that Argentina played well apart from that match, the rest was blown in their favor and that was why they lost the finals.

The world cup final was really tough for Argentina, I know people will talk a lot about it since Lionel Messi play for Argentina. Only Ronaldo fans would said Argentina was favored by the FIFA, but I don't know why they don't talk about how Lionel Messi was denied the golden ball. I know Rodri contributed a lot to the Spanish team but I don't believe he deserves the golden ball more than Lionel Messi. Lionel Messi scored 8 goals, 4 assists and had the most successful dribbles in this tournament and yet nothing else was awarded to him and people feel FIFA did the right thing and wiithout lionel Messi Argentina wouldn't have made it to the final. Messi is a dirty, classless player, lol, it would be completely shameful to give him this award. Remember how he begged for a red card for Cucurella? How did he demonstrate his "captain" and "leadership" qualities when his monkey teammates went to fight after losing a match? Don't let your stats get you down - Mbappé has more goals and assists, let's give him an award? The fact that Messi scored against Jordan, Algeria and a whole bunch of weak teams hahaha and not a single goal against a serious team says a lot. The most important reward he received was a red card exemption in a very obvious incident:

Chaste bullshit my friend. You are not a Ronaldo fan as you claim. This a debate I do not like to get myself into and I will only drop my two cents for those fans who are so obsessed with all the GOAT arguments. Years from now on we will not have this two players Ronaldo and Messi giving us the beautiful football we are enjoying from them presently. And if you all focus energy on debating about who is the greatest and degrading of the other who is your lest favourite of the two, time will come when they will be a fleeting memory and you all will realise you missed a lot you could have enjoyed accepting and watching both of them as great footballers to have ever lived. Am glad to have realised this early and it will same for all fans if they can just stop the hate. I don't have anything to say about Argentina, I was totally offended and disappointed with how they played, the least I expected was to make an attempt but from the beginning of that match till the end, there was never an attempted to near goal keeper for one single moment. Now you have given me something meaningful and genuine. Spain conceded only one goal all the way to the final it was a class for Spain in how they did that and repeated that flawless performance on Argentina by dominating and making the game a one sided match to the extent Argentina did not make a shot on goal, it was the most embarrassing part of their losing the final to Spain.

A team can perform excellently today and fumble tomorrow and that was what happened to Argentina team. Players are human too and can sometimes get emotional. We've seen Ronaldo too engage in a fight with opponents at some point. No matter what happens, Messi is an icon in football.

This year's 48-nation World Cup was shit, and if they raise it up to 64, it will be more and more difficult to watch. I think in that case I will start watching only from the Round of 16 matches onward. For me, no other format will be better than the 32-team WC. And then this bullshit with 6 countries as hosts. Things are getting out of control real fast. I agree with you, there were so many useless matches that were just a waste of time. I've never watched so few World Cup matches as I have in this edition. And it looks like it's already confirmed the next one is going to be a 64-team tournament and 9 out of 10 South American teams will qualify. How ridiculous is that?

I think Argentina will be just fine after Messi retires. They have top-class forwards like Lautaro Martinez and Julian Alvarez. Of course, they aren't quite on Messi's level, but that might actually be a plus for the team. Argentina won't be so reliant on a single player anymore. In my opinion, Scaloni should have substituted Messi for Lautaro Martinez in the final—he was clearly fired up and wasn't as tired as Messi.

Yeah I think he's joking, cause nobody that's watched Messi play would call him classless or whatever names, even though I'm not a fan I can't disregard Messi talent, he's a talented natural footballer and that shouldn't be overlooked regardless of banter between fans. But I understand why some fans dislike him so much due to the FIFA controversy and how they favour him so much. The match between Algeria and Argentina is an example, if that foul was committed by another player, maybe an Algerian player against Messi, the player would be sent off immediately.

The most important reward he received was a red card exemption in a very obvious incident: In my opinion Lionel Messi begged for a yellow card or red card for his opponent shouldn't mean the FiFA should deny him Golden ball award. beside we don't know what Cucurela said to him, Cucurela might have insulted him, or maybe he used a words that hurt him which isn't part of football. Messi asking for a card for Cucurela, in my view shows good leadership, because if Messi had acted other way they would called him bad names. Jude Bellingham slapped Argentina player after Argentina match against England and nobody actually talk about it. honestly It's funny how some Ronaldo fans always look for a way to criticise Messi.

Argentina never knew this coming and that is why everything come as a surprise for them with the kind of performance they behold from Spain, I was so ashamed to see the way Argentina could not possess their ball all through the match and Spain took advantage of every strategy day threat to bring out to their own favor, you should just accept it this way that football could be more disappointing as well as entertaining and this is not what should be seeing as a bad signal, because anyone could still fall under the same condition and perform in such manner the way Argentina the final.
I never seen that's much bad game in Argentina History. It's was a total domination by Spain team. But that's not the real story something more big Happen before the match Messi Told to the player leave everything on the pitch and don't remember what's happened before the match so that's mean there was something fight or something bigger politicians influence and there is also Trump in the football ground and watching the final and he know how to manipulat things. But the main thing was it's was very unfair matchs and refree changed the whole matchs tempo. Give a red card in the 2nd half totally changed the game and then paridise yellow card.

There were certainly many questionable decisions by the referees, but that alone wasn't what gave Argentina the victory. In the Egypt match, Egypt lost their focus and went from being 2-0 up to 3-2 down. England experienced a similar situation. Argentina never gave up. It was very difficult for their opponents to resist Argentina. It wouldn't be right to blame only the referees here.
Its also Egypt defence fault that they gave openings to Argentine to score goals in last few minutes of the game. But its also a reality that referee gave few controversial decisions in that match that helped Argentina winning the game. In final we saw good attack from Spain and they won because Argentina never attacked. I don't know what happened with Argentina in the final that they never challenged Spain defence even once. May be its first time in final that a team has zero shorts on target.

Spain was definitely a team that deserved this trophy and the performance they gave on the field was like a team that won a trophy. If this match had been a draw and Argentina had won at the last minute, I would have been very disappointed because Spain played very well and controlled the whole match. Argentina's goal might have been to draw this match, but Argentina completely ruined their plan. It was known that it would be ruined because, if a team makes 10 attacks, then from that point, 1 attack will definitely be successful. If Argentina had not only focused on their defense but also focused on their attack, then the result might have been a little different.

I also did not watch so many games in this World Cup competition but I do not think it is because of the format and the many games that were being played but I think it is because of the timing considering I am in a different continent entirely where most of the games fell into midnight during our sleeping time and to choose to watch those game is a clear and out cold sacrifice to have a messed up day in the following 24hrs. I think the competition was good, beautiful stadiums, and not very expected in a country when football is not the major sports. Most of the stadiums were more beautiful than the stadiums in England. And I know I am not the only person who was surprised by that.

Messi is Undoubtedly THE GOAT, a controversial decision by the referee doesn’t mean his class got lowered, he is the classiest player in football, have you ever seen him do gestures to the crowd; Speaking about cucurella then these kind of things are very normal in a high profile game like a WC final, Ronaldo dives so can’t messi appeal for a red card without diving; So please choose your words responsibly because the way you are speaking about arguably the GREATEST OF ALL TIME shows how immature of a person you are. Ps: What do you think about this red card??

In the end teh behavior or Argentinian is absolutely unethical.... But let me tell you something. I don't know why you guys are still stuck with a words of rigged, referee favored or blah blah. I don't know why..... Argentina all matches was finished in fair way like in all matches referee do fair decision but all you guys are just denying the fact and pop one word referee favored. Does it is because of hate or something else. Except only one match there is nothing strange like against Egypt only one decision was been the victim of criticism despite it's a football and sometimes it's happened. But saying that Argentina just rigged the world cup or Messi is FIFA boy or blah blah is totally an unethical words...... On one single decision you are just denying the entire contribution of Messi. Come on bro just look up the all matches. You will see nothing... So I will say one more words. Be honest Does all goal/assist or even big rating of Messi was happen because of reference....
