Team France's big lead in gold medals over Norway means i'll be down by 2 points because it'll be a miracle if Norway somehow wins all the gold in the remaining events.

The round is still doable for a draw, but we'll need some crucial points from Q6 and Q8 to bring it all back.

Today we have Burnley vs Sheffield in evening. Checked coefficients and everything is on Sheffields side, I wonder if Burnley will perform well and score victory (I made prediction on Sheffield to win).

Unfortunately I probably won't have opportunity today to watch the game, but I'll try to peek on sportsbets website to check the score from time to time.

You probably mean South Africa? Not an expert on this sport but yeah Afghanistan got 6 wickets when they threw so even if South Africa gets all, it would be 16 max. I guess even getting 10 wickets are pretty rare in crickets? thats literally the goal in crickets when you are on the batting team, to defend the wickets by hitting the ball and scores

Dude you are already on 5 LMS points, its pretty hard to even catch up with you at this point. Technically 6 points ahead of Slissy which is currently 2nd in LMS because he has Norway

Been a very tough round so far. I managed to get only 2 points, 1 more than my opponents, but they have France in Biathlon and from all indication they will be getting that point, France are blowing away the medal charts, they also have an edge on the cricket question so I am in a very bad position as it stands. I need a good win from Burnley without conceding, should be doable.

Thanks to Viktoria Plzen victory over Ferencvaros, that’s helped me start my catch up campaign, France should be able to help restore parity, but I’d still need to get the most of the remaining questions to turn the tie around, starting with tonight’s match between Burnley and Sheffield Wednesday.

Looks like medal count hasn't been updated since yesterday, does anyone have any info whether situation changed?


If my calculations are correct and if France beats Norway, it looks like I secured at least a draw vs yassinmanai thanks to Union St Gille scoring vs Ajax. For win I need Chelsea not tp win or City vs Liverpool under 3.5/one of them not scoring. Hedge betting time.

Looks like the best I can hope for is a draw, Saint-loup. But it is a marked improvement from being 3-1 down. Burnley won big, and kept the clean sheet I needed... now Villa need to win. Any other result and you nab all 3 points, so you will be more relaxed than I. Bad luck, fellow fighter!

Its over now and they kept the clean sheet with 4 goals scored. Now you only need Villa to win to catch up.

I guess Burnley wasnt messing around. Only 9 goals conceded over 34 games are just insane on Championship level. It was pretty close for me to choose Sheffield not to lose because this game could just ended with 0-0 as well

I couldn’t draw a line between Burnley conceding or keeping a clean sheet while winning, so I opted for Sheffield Wednesday not to lose, luckily for me my opponent have Burnley to win and concede, we are likely on level terms now but with 2 questions differences, one is Chelsea vs Aston Villa and then the Cricket game between England and Australia, I’ll be needing for England to win and Aston Villa to not lose for me to secure all 3 points. I desperately need these points.

The only thing left is the EPL game to seal my second-half comeback. I'm slightly worried about Chelsea's road form but maybe they wake up later today and surprise us with a draw.

I am also hoping Chelsea either draws or loses so I can win. Playing away is always tricky, that’s why I went with Aston Villa to win. Villa isn’t that bad, they’re just a few points behind Chelsea. For the last three questions, we had two different answers so if my opponent gets them right the result might be a draw, but I really don’t want to share points anymore good luck!

You know I made a mistake on Burnley vs Sheffield Wednesday because I thought it was Sheffield United, I didn't realise there were 2 Sheffield lol
Actually in this round I have secured 3 points because my opponent did not send an answer but I am fighting for MLS and so far I only collected 1 point or 2 points if France stays on track clearly I am among the lowest points. While for the match between Aston Villa vs Chelsea this is not something that can be predicted I mean we need some luck there, you know in the previous round Chelsea messed up my predictions 2 times so for this time I choose Aston Villa  if Aston Villa give me points then it makes me a bit more relaxed.

Yeah I gave up even before the EFL game as I needed to win 3 points to draw, and it wasn't happening at all. Typical weekend blast for BSFL, too bad it was over for me before Friday. Good game, amazing GD win I think it will be, but bad news for me in LMS, I didn't want to buyin so soon again but I guess it is happening because there is almost no chance for Norway to be the winning answer

Having a terrible round with only one correct answer so far. BSFL is still going ok since my opponent is even worse and on 0 correct so far but LMS rebuy looks almost like a done deal.
