As a business, I think the list should be updated with full names of nations in sanctioned or prohibited list. It provides guests and customers to have better information, more transparency in ToS where they have to read before register an account and deposit money to the account for using.

I don't know it is a mistake when composing the ToS, but if it is, it's time to update it. It will help to prevent unnecessary scam accusation against the casino as accusations even they are later proven as invalid, firstly when they pop up, will be potentially harmful for a casino.

I suggest to follow @Bitcoingirl suggestion about requesting to disable first your old account through their support. This will become a big problem once you claim already bonus on your other account because this will fall under bonus abuse.

It can be a problem but if you can notify them through support/email and you tell them the truth and they confirm that you are good to go with the new account, I'm sure it will be ok.
