Frankly speaking I'm interested enough with this daily multiplier contest but I'm worrying myself because when I created my account (on June) my account got notified for "multi account" while it was the first time I created my sherbet account.
A week ago I tried to login but failed, tried the forgot password but I do not receive any email from you till now.
I asked live support at that time but failed to chat lively after waiting for 10 minutes and the bot says that I will be contacted by email but I do not receive any email so far.
Is there any better way to get a solution for this? Should I send you a pm about my registered email?

I think you don't need to worry if you haven't abused any promotions. I also received a notification about having more than one account on different platform like in the cryptogames.net. I just contacted the support and the good thing is they just need to close my other account, luckily my other account has no balance and I didn't made any bets or use any promotion.

Just contacted live support again few minutes ago, luckily there is online support so I got fast responses.
Support has just confirmed by email manually so I can use the forgot password feature and I can login now but support ask me to complete KYC.
I'm not sure if it is mandatory or not, but support ask me to do it once I can login back to my account.

So maybe try to follow what they require so thay they can also verify that the real owner requesting the change password on your account. They can have service terms that they can do special, advanced KYC for conditional situations with their user account and suspicious activities. Even if they are completely KYC free at the moment, because they are a centralized service, they have to register license (if not now, they can do it in future) and have to obey to regulations, in future they will probably request KYC on their platform.

Don't use any centralized service and think you are free from KYC completely. If you are very hardcore, dislike KYC, don't send big money to your online accounts and feel disappointed or painful later because of KYC requirement. Your account is not important but your money is and you will have to KYC even you don't like it.

At this point in time, a non-KYC casino is more of a risk than a KYC casino. The reason being that there are no truly decentralized casinos which can distribute winnings without going against any laws, like funding terrorists or money laundering. So KYC remains a must because of such laws. Maybe AI will soon be able to take over this role, but until then we are completely at the mercy of the casinos. And they are at the mercy of regulators.

Using a casino to launder money is very terrible idea because your money can be seized by the casino and no way to get your money from that casino. Knocking the door of DOJ to get your money from that casino back, it's impossible too.

I have different POV, I believe they are playing for the competition since I have seen those who are on the leaderboard are mostly betting with the minimum bet for the competition.
Betting $1 per spin can lead them into 2 different competitions (multiplier and races), if they play for rakeback mainly for rakeback, I dont think they will bet $1 per spin because they can do something like 0.2 per spin 5x which will give the same rakeback as betting $1.
The winners of the multiplier contest are mostly the same names every day (including you LOL) as you are always on the leaderboard.
However, my point of previous post is just a suggestion to make the competition become more interesting and I'm sure you agree with it.

It might cost their funds since the only casino running without KYC are those shady casino. So its up for them if they want to risk or obey what those legitimate casino since they are the one who will face the consequences of the decisions they made. Casinos are KYC compliant and anyone who want to use their services must abide by the rules. I have no problem with KYC for casinos because I do not want them to be penalized by the authorities that regulate them for compliance failure but I totally avoid, any crypto related KYC submission like a crypto platform asking me to submit KYC. Never.
Gamblers need not fear so long as they are not trying to launder money. The rules are for the bad guys not the good guys.
