IMO, they should be aware of these cases. Since they already held so many campaign should be a whole department know about these topic unless this is the first time they're make a contest on BTT.

Getting more than a weeks for price to be distributed is just not giving us a good vibe. Usually 1-2 or max 3.
I almost saw the facts too and there were many complaints in several threads of contests and campaigns carried out by Sherbet, even though it was clear that any delay that was too frequent could make people start to lose trust because it is important in maintaining public trust, especially in matters of money which are very fragile. also sensitive for anyone on this forum, it should be true that the Sherbet team is also aware of this case which occurred on the bitcointalk forum.

I think they have to be able to overcome this in the future, if they really want to hold an event or campaign, at least give the funds directly to someone they trust on this forum via ESCROW so as not to disturb the work of those who might be busy taking care of the site and other customers, I don't think there is any other way besides waiting for them to come to solve this problem because it also seems that the OP or the Sherbet team representative in this thread has not been active since a week ago.

I think they have to be able to overcome this in the future, if they really want to hold an event or campaign, at least give the funds directly to someone they trust on this forum via ESCROW so as not to disturb the work of those who might be busy taking care of the site and other customers, I don't think there is any other way besides waiting for them to come to solve this problem because it also seems that the OP or the Sherbet team representative in this thread has not been active since a week ago.
Escrowing the funds is better, do not even open a competition if there is no escrowed funds. Delay payment for few days is normal but for weeks is not acceptable whatever the reason is because it shows how unprofessional they are in hosting a competition in this forum. Actually it is contradictive while they can offer daily $1000 competition without issues (at least I do not find any complaint related to the daily $1000 competition) but on the other side they do it badly in this forum for weekly competition with smaller prize pool.

I know escrowing prizes is to prevent situation like this but If they don't escrow the prize there's still some participant who will join the contest especially when the contest is free like the one they are currently running. I can only recommend escrowing the prizes if there's an entry fee or something similar. But for now it doesn't matter if the prizes are escrowed; the issue here is that they need to settle the prizes. Otherwise, their reputation here in BitcoinTalk is already in complete miss due to the way they handle this promotion here in BitcoinTalk.

Even on Twitter they were running a contest where the winner is chosen based on zero likes of reply. Now that contest seems to be completely abandoned and it appears they don't care about it at all.

A platform like this  will not escrow funds because they want to try sell their products to you and me by visiting their site and probably playing there in the process when they credit accounts with funds..it's a clever marketing strategy as far as I know...

My concern too, on their site these are paid without problems but here on the forum it's a whole different story and wonder where the problem  really is...??

So you cannot assure that game and round players will be paid?
The games and rounds will be rewarded directly to the sherbet accounts. So without the management crediting it, is impossible.

Working with Sherbet for a few years, I am sure that this is another delay caused by their traveling, attending event or things like that. Once the management will return, I am sure they will settle all due. With Sherbet it happened many times. But every time they came back with paying all outstanding due.
Delay in payment is never a big issue when a company runs a contest, but I think the only problem Sherbet and it's management team is having is "lack of communication", because if only had it's forum representative come up to tell everybody payment is likely to be delayed, I'm sure everybody's mind would have been at rest, but their failure to communicate effectively is simply the reason for the whole panicking up and down everywhere. Hence for me, I think it will be wise if we can hear one or two word from the forum representative when next he/she comes online, because it's been 7 days since last he came online (7th Jan, 2024).
I am in contact directly with the owners. So, when they come online and write to me, then I am responding - this way you are hearing the quote from the higher management. I will again request the community to have patience and give them the time. Maybe they are attending an event and away from the office for the time. Once they come back, I am sure they will give me a response.

I'm wondering when was the last communication between you and the owner, was it before the 1st round of the crash contest started?
Didn't they tell you that they would be busy for the current time that makes they slow in responding your message?
I'm fine with waiting but I hope it will be no more than a month.
I believe it is a lesson learned for you, so you can avoid similar case like this where participants have no idea when they will receive the prize.

Therefore, I have to gamble it. I tried playing some slots and it was a smooth experience. However when I try Crazy Time by Evolution the live video was too slow almost like slow-motion and lost all the balance. Another issue just happened with my account, I have been verified weeks ago and now sherbet ask me to do KYC again?
This notification message appears when I tried to withdraw the prize I've just received (FYI, I've played some and even lost 30% of the prize):

So how can I do another KYC if the start verification button is no longer active for me since I've completed it weeks ago?

I think you need to contact their support and ask the reason why you have to undergo another KYC verification when you already done it.  It is possible that it is a system glitch or maybe the amount you are withdrawing needs a higher level of KYC.  Regardless I think contacting the support staff is the best thing to do to know the reason behind.

I checked my account and found $10. I'm not sure if it's from the crash contest as Rhys mentioned he would tip some users who participated in this thread. But most likely it was from the crash contest where I secured the 4th/5th place. I'm planning to withdraw the $10 but the minimum withdrawal is $20 because I know what will happen next. Therefore, I have to gamble it

I got mine as well, thanks but hey while you are here reading and answering questions then I would love to ask you about KYC. Whats the deal with KYC on your site? is it mandatory because it just feels silly that I have to complete KYC for small amount withdrawal.

I used to have around $22 of my own balance which I cant withdraw due to KYC then my account was credited with $30 I believe, which I cant withdraw as well so I decided to take my chances on slots hoping to turn it into decent amount before I decided to even complete KYC.
