Now that they acquired Sherbet, I think they might try to clear the negativity on this casino as part of transition of ownership. They can use this as good PR in the forum.
I guess before acquiring the brand it would be a nice step to announce in public that if anyone have any outstanding due from Sherbet then they report and resolve it. I left a PM to Shuffle owner Noah but still have not received a response yet. It could be that he has not seen the message. I may write him again next week, just to know his thought in this situation. I can not obviously push him for the due to pay since it was not done between him and me. The Sherbet team is responsible for that and I do not have any contact with them.
This is an important aspect in acquiring a business, you don't get a company without looking at the debt they owe or how the past owner plan on resolving it, it will definitely leave a stain to the new owner and on legal basics this is also not allowed, I hope the Shuffle team speak about this soon, to continue to keep their good name.
