Finally, I have found myself where i wanted to be, the first time i entered this forum i wanted to know what i can do to be a contributor to the forum in one way or the other, but now i found myself in spreading knowledge of other people to my own local board which always makes me happy. Being in this gang give me more power to do what i love most and also a recognition in the forum, it just like a licence too.

I will like to throw my appreciate directly to @Hatchy who stood by me throughout my journey, even though I have more translation than him, all that are done by his courage and support, I like working with him which that will continue. Thanks again for giving me the chance to be your Back up pidgin translator, i will try my best to stick to your rules.

Hey examplens, congratulations for your potential deal. It is not easy to find new customers these days.

I think that 0.06 USD per word is a good price for a professional translation, which would be 30-60 USD for an article of 500-1000 words. No need to say that, if you need help with different languages, we will be happy to help you.

AoBTers, when you have a minute, please check joker_josue's thread because there have been a few changes since we last updated our translations.

Regarding the TalkImg topic updates, please be aware that at Statistics section the update includes the following: the number of images, the used disk space, the date of the last update and the monthly statistics for the interval Sep '23 - Feb '24.

Additionally I observed the topic has one more update, meaning a new sections added, which should be added to the translations as well:

I think the topics on PGP are worth translating. I could not find them in the "FINISHED translations" section, so I guess they were not translated by AOBT (not sure). I am quoting all the related topics in all languages that are available for PGP.

I have a small mention to Porf / Hatchy / cygan / Peanutswar and also to the other translators which will translate this thread and will encounter the following issue: this thread contains an email address, written with blue font. If you copy/paste it in the translation, the email will appear as censored for unknown reasons. It will look like this:

In order to have the email appearing correctly in your translation, you need to use the following BBCode:

That being said, theymos' topic has now 8 translations already, thus only 2 more are needed for finishing it. Considering that dansus021 is also working on the Indonesian translation and, as far as I know, DrBeer manifested also his interest in translating this topic, we will have soon 10 translations done.

As a heads-up for the remaining 2 topics, soon both will have 10 translations thus they will be finished (more details below).

I come with good news here: Cyrus agreed and made the Romanian translation as sticky topic in Romanian local board! He considered the translation to be useful enough for making it sticky and, at same time, he requested that if the email address from the topic will be changed, to make sure all translators update their translations.

Having this in mind, I also encourage all the other translators to talk with their local board mods and kindly ask them to make these translations as sticky topics (they can also mention that in German and Romanian boards the translations are sticky topics, thus this may be a good reason for helping on this matter.)

At same time, since this is crucial (and Cyrus emphasized this too), I will insist on making sure these translations display the correct information regarding the emails address mentioned. I also mentioned this in my previous post. I checked all the translations and only 2 of them do not display the email correctly, so I thank all translators which already did this update.

You're right Xal0lex: I have just included a new link to the pinned translation you mentioned.

Unfortunately, there are a few things that should be improved/updated, as Gazeta pointed a few posts above. DrBeer, if you can ask the OP to update it (as I did in the Spanish board) it would be great. In the meantime, we're maintaining the link to the second translation as [RUS2], just in case.
