Manchester United are very far from their best, but they would take the win in anyway it came, now that they finally got their first points of this season's CL, they have to improve before their subsequent games against Copenhagen, Galatasaray and Bayern Munich respectively.

Having said that, Bayern Munich were of course expected to top the group, and like you said, second spot is now between United and Galatasaray, United has 3 points, whilst Galatasaray has 4 points, so it is so tight and the both teams have to pick up vital points in the next three games if they are to go through.

Struggles upon struggles have become the orders of the day for United but I'm happy for them because they have redeemed themselves against Copenhagen. Erik Ten Hag presence matters, probably time for him to upgrade his level of football to high standards because United is an elite team and doesn't seem balance to take on opposition.

Galatasaray really seem to be in big trouble against Bayern Munich.     If Icardi doesn't have an injection I don't also think that he would be able to enter the game even from the substitutes. I wonder who Galatasaray would prefer in his position if they can't start with Icardi.

I think Manchester United's chances in Istanbul are really low. Galatasaray had a great first half against Bayern Munich yesterday. They found many positions, but could not find a goal other than Icardi's penalty goal. If Manchester wants to finish the group in second place, they must beat Galatasaray.
