Manchester city is trying so hard with all their current performance at the UCL and Premier league, discussion hey have caught people's attention so much that they are gradually becoming the favourite for most people both in the UCL and premier league but then until after the knock out stage then I could possibly say for sure if they do have a chance at the UCL again this season or not.
It's true that it's been rea  history to find a team getting the UCL title back to back, but it doesn't mean it's not possible, it's very possible and Manchester city may really want to do such but then this UCL is very competitive at this time with the likes of Arsenal who won them in the premier league if they should meet again at the UCL they are to encounter another difficult moment, there are so much to fave this season of which if they can get through, they could possibly make history with the UCL. Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Arsenal and other bigger teams have to exit before Manchester city can be sure again with the UCL.

If City could win the Champions League again this season it would be a great achievement and I'm sure Guardiola would really like to achieve this goal. But it’s not so easy to do, I see how strong Real is now, I think that if the lot allows this to happen, then Real can meet City in the final and it would be a great final. As for Bayern, Arsenal, Barcelona and other teams, they all have weaknesses that I think will not allow them to reach the final, although the example of Inter in the last final shows that sometimes a luck can allow not the strongest team to reach the final (but Inter were good).

City will become the second team to win back to back UCL trophy after real madrid which was winning UCL three times in a row. it's likely manchester city really needed to have some key players like rodri and de bruyne to win UCL again.

I learnt about city being interested in signing Kroos. I don't know if it was a joke or there's some truth to it, but it is evidently clear that Kevin D bruye is the powerhouse midfielder that inspires his team to win and Haaland to score more.
His passes is almost as clinical as that of Kroos and if there were a midfielder of such class in the city team now, I would be in support that they can defend their ucl title ad even win it just like real Madrid did.

Manchester City may be interested in Toni Kross. He is a great midfielder. However, Manchester City's midfield is already much stronger now. So I don't think it would be very profitable to add Kross, who is almost 34 years old, to the team. Talented midfielders like De Bruyne, Silva and Phillips are already in the City squad. If City want to plan long term then they should add a young talented midfielder to the squad. The addition of Toni Kroos to the squad may have strengthened City's performance. But I doubt if he can give service to the team for more than 2/3 years.

Actually I favor United as runners up but if you look at these 2 defeats then United's chances of qualifying are almost impossible. Even though it's still early but I see everyone also agrees that Munich and Galatasaray will qualify even though there are still 4 matches left for each club.

They entered the 3rd match, if Bayern Munich could beat Galatasaray and Manchester United won against Copenhagen, then it would open up a bigger opportunity for Manchester United, because if the scenario I said happened then the gap between Galatasaray and Manchester United narrowed to 1 point. In the second leg the situation can change greatly and we do not know what will happen, and maybe Manchester United can be even better. Bayern Munich is the club that has definitely qualified, for the runner up we still have to see Mancehsetr UNited first.

Even though copenhagen was only collecting 1 point but it's still better than manchester united with nil point at this moment. I would pick galatasaray/copenhagen to be on the second place rather than manchester united.
Galatasaray was able to beating manchester united at old trafford which was showing how strong galatasaray is compared with manchester united. Despite having a big name, United's performance at this moment is still not on par with Galatasaray.


Due to the significant name and reputation associated with Manchester United, people are opting for this option, although the actual situation may not align with their expectations. That's what i have learned from football.

For the time being, the only candidates for the clubs that will get Champions League trophy again are Manchester City and Real madrid, but I also not ignore Barcelona and Bayern Munich who are currently just trying to be consistent to get additional scores in the group table.

Where expecting them to be able to defend the title before, if it is so, it means that you have misses it. I mean it is obvious that they need Kevin De Bruyne back, that would be the best case scenario for them, but without him I am not entirely sure if they will be able to win it. Not like there are that many teams doing great this season, but still without KDB they are not as good. That dude is the engine of their car, sure other parts matter too but the engine is the most important part and they should be looking for him one way or another.

I think the best thing to do in this case would be making sure that they are doing fine, and that would only happen with some sort of difference on the long run. So either they will win it, or they are going to end up being unlucky with their injuries and such which will result with them losing.
