It is absolutely true that UCL cannot just rely on one player to win and get closer to the championship trophy because it really requires very strong teamwork even in terms of the game when only playing individually it will only be detrimental to the team.

I learnt about city being interested in signing Kroos. I don't know if it was a joke or there's some truth to it, but it is evidently clear that Kevin D bruye is the powerhouse midfielder that inspires his team to win and Haaland to score more.
His passes is almost as clinical as that of Kroos and if there were a midfielder of such class in the city team now, I would be in support that they can defend their ucl title ad even win it just like real Madrid did.
