Since the beginning of this year the Gunners have been very much flexible with the ball and their style of play towards goal has been wonderful, I'd give it to Arteta on how he has transformed the players and I expect more from them. The champions league has a spirit of it's own and you can see the worse team to be very strong but as for this game tonight I expect Arsenal to come all out like this is the last game in this competition.
Porto might be good in defense but the Gunners are going to break the defense line of the home team, they might be difficult at half time but I believe what we saw during the weekend between Arsenal against Burnley might come to play tonight, not the goals but that sharp play of the Gunners, things will be easy for Arsenal and I don't see them playing a draw, a 1-3 in favor of the EPL side.

I am curious, how good and great about Porto's defense at this moment or in this season because, in reality, Porto can still concede in the group phase and also, Porto can still concede when playing against Shakhtar Donetsk in the group phase. After all, if for example Porto only relies on defense but if for example Arsenal will continue to attack then yes, in the end Porto will concede too. Because yes, the reality is that recently Arsenal has had a very impressive performance with big wins and clean sheets. So yes, with Arsenal's good trend at this moment, I personally remain completely confident that Arsenal will win this first leg even though Arsenal playing away.

But regarding the match between Napoli v Barcelona, I also admit that both teams experienced a decline in performance at this moment. The chances of each team will be different in the Champions League each season. It all depends on the depth of the squad, the team's performance and its best players. Real Madrid has some of the most decisive players, they are Rodrygo, Vinicius and Jude Bellingham. This makes Real Madrid the favorite and overall Real Madrid has a squad that deserves to win it.

Apart from Real Madrid, I think Manchester City is a team that also has a high chance of winning the Champions League title this season. Pep Guardiola plans to defend the title, but so far only Real Madrid has been able to do so in the last decade. I hope Manchester City and Real Madrid won't meet quickly in the Champions League this season, they might deserve to meet in the final instead of the quarter finals or semi finals.

Arsenal is in good shape currently and it now looks like they have bounced back from their drop of form, they have been winning matches and with this form FC Porto needs to be extra serious and elevate their performance in this game. Penetrating a team’s defense is not a problem for Arsenal so Porto needs to be careful in this game.

If you look at how Arsenal played the last games against strong teams away, like Liverpool, PSV or Aston Villa, they could not win any of these matches. And Porto can undoubtedly be called a home team, so I don’t expect a major victory for Arsenal in this match, and I’m also not sure that Arsenal will be able to beat Porto.
In the match between Barcelona and Napoli, I would give preference to Xavi’s team, because Napoli were unable to show almost anything meaningful in the last games.

The way Manchester City and Real Madrid are in the same knockout level is a big set up, I can see that in the phase 1 of this knockout, Manchester City has netted 3 goals and there is no any doubt about it thag they are going to remove Copenhagen because the aggregate is 2 goals lead, if they meet next time, Manchester City will finish them. As for Real Madrid, they have only win 1 goal, it's possible for them to struggle in the hands of Leipzig.

If the two of them finish the knockout successfully, Real Madrid and Manchester City will meet and it's going to be another harsh game. The game is going to be one of the most watch Champions League match because the two of them are representing their leagues, but I have believed in Manchester City to beat Real Madrid, this is the perfect time for them to take revenge of what happened in the last 2 years Champions league on how they were eliminated.

Intermilan needs only to get draw in the second leg. I think that as long as intermilan can maintain to perform the same like the first leg and im sure intermilan can do that. My guess if intermilan and atletico madrid will keep use the same strategy and this makes the result very hard to predict.
I was almost thinking that if atletico could do nothing against intermilan caused by intermilan is far stronger than what i though. The result from next game is very hard to predict. I would like to pick double chance caused by intermilan will be only having play away as its disadvantage which can be sorted out. Intermilan has a winning mentality and i think that problem can be sorted out easily.

Inter Milan vs Athletico Madrid in the UCL Round of 16 was one very anticipated match especially because both teams play similar kind of football. Not just that and also as this was the first major teams for both teams especially after having a successful group stage phase. Talking about both teams playing same pattern, you can see both teams have same kind of quality and play almost same formation but Inter Milan proves to be the better because of how they’re performing excellently in their legaue as compared to Athletico. This fixture was evenly contested though Inter escaped with a narrow win.

 This narrow win now gives Inter the confidence of going to the 2nd leg in Spain. In the first leg, The Spanish Club weren’t able to dominate at all neither did they’ve any shot on target to threaten the goalie of Inter Milan. With this kind of statistics, I think Inter should already be seen as qualified. Inter will just need to come to the 2nd leg and play a defensive football with their composed defense line and midfield and have high hopes in their fast paced attackers to get them maybe a win or at least play out a draw. For this reason my safe bet will be on double chancing Inter Milan, as they have the better confidence and team in this fixture.

 Now Inter are sitting comfortably on top of their league and that’ll give them the liberty to foucs more on the UCL especially as they’re trying to make up for losing out on the final of the UCL last season. With this I think and believe Inter will sure be able to oust Athletico Madrid with a prefect gameplan at Spain. Athletico Madrid aren’t looking to sharp in the attack as they’ll probably have to put in greater work if they want to stand a chance against Inter Milan.

Bayern losing to Lazio by a goal in their away match doesn't mean they are away from the Champions League race because there will be a return leg, where Lazio will come to their home to play them.
It is when they have lost to them for the second them, that's when we can properly say that Bayern has been kicked out of the championship league race. But as for now, their hope is much alive to win against Lazio with more than one goal in their home.

Don't forget Inter who played Man City in last season's final... I think they are even stronger now and look better than Real... Manchester City already took their revenge on them last season when they met at the semifinals of the champions league before heading to the finals to play against Inter Milan. This is another season and I feel they will take it as a neutral meeting between the two of them and not anyone of them seeing it as a revenge match. The two teams looks very strong in the champions league and anyone that’s gets to eliminate the other has paved a smooth pathway for themselves to the finals of the competition since they are the only two teams with that potential to make it yo the finals. Borussia Dortmund if it were to be in previous seasons, I would want to place some levels of certainty on their ability especially as it has to do with their performance by the next match,  their ability to been able bro get pass the group stage of the champions league I think was as a result of their form earlier which even in their domestic league they were performing well too but then they had their form in a poor shape currently that I doubt their performance but if they are able to get pass this stage, maybe they will be able to get to a good point in the champions league.

The game tonight between Barcelona and Napoli is of great interest to me especially as I saw the news of Victor osimhen as one of the players who will be playing for Napoli tonight, it's going to be his first performance for the team after his return from the AFCON I'm anticipating a good performance from Napoli because it appears their coach is very likely to loose his job soon so he would want to prove he's still capable of handling the teams well enough to get them to a good spot both on their domestic league table and at the champions league where they are facing the not inform Barcelona but then if lewandoski, yamal and Felix are playing then Napoli should expect a tough game ahead tonight.

Barcelona might be in a had position,  having issues  leaks and all that but when it comes to the Champions League Competition you have to understand that they're big dogs and have that upper hand with form and with whatever means they'd want to use to win. It'd obviously a win or draw in favor of Barcelona.

This should be the third time this season  they'd be sacking a manager in charge of the club, I wonder if they'd have a quick impact with those who have been appointed by the management right before  this clash against Barcelona.
Barcelona had a poor defence and defensive midfielder but the attacker's have done well in spite of all the challenges faced in this trying times.

The impact of injuries to several of Barcelona's core players was quite large on their performance in the Domestic League competition, which ultimately resulted in Barcelona losing many points in their competition in La Liga. but in this match, Barcelona inevitably had to take advantage of the momentum when they visited Napoli's headquarters. the reason is, Napoli's performance is much messier than Barcelona.
