Arsenal aren't the same as their 2017 version anymore. They are much more competitive thanks to Arteta's management style. You should be remembering their last draw against Bayern Munich. How it started and how it ended... It wasn't different than seeing a nightmare truthfully. However I'm not expecting a similar result this year.

The reason is not only the improvement of Arsenal team. It is because of Bayern Munich's being likely to be quite unreliable with their game this season.

If you ask which one of these teams would qualify for the semi finals I would pick Bayern Munich though. It is especially due to what I saw in the Arsenal - Porto draw. 

Arsenal performance and team quality at this stage of the Champions League can defeat any team including Real Madrid and Manchester City if we judge based on the performance all teams displayed from the beginning of the competition till this stage, but people are considering past glories to predict the incoming outcome which will not work this time because the quality in Bayern Munich’s team that time is not the same as today.
Remember, plenty times Bayern Munich eliminated Arsenal with aggregate during Arsene Wenger, but now that there is no aggregate, we shall see what will happen.

Arteta has coached his team with a lot of changes and maturity, together with solid defense which has brought them so far in the Champions League and to the top of the Premier League, I know that Bayern Munich coach and players are not too comfortable with the the fixture because they know Arsenal’s quality this season is quite different from their pet team and the team mentality is entirely different.

I cannot judge as some of you guys so quickly, but Arsenal can go to the finals in my own opinion.

I see that Arsenal are doing very well in the EPL. But against Bayern Munich it is not easy, even though Munich is not in good condition but Arsenal must remain vigilant. Bayern Munich is also one of the best club, but things are surely not at their best which can give simple advantage to them for win because now they have to give their best if they want to go into last four with both teams are surely on same level of quality with just experience is surely with the Bayern Munich but match day performance is more important.

Munich boss Tuchel is certainly not taking Arsenal lightly. Because the Round of 16 matches were defeated against mediocre teams like Lazio. So Munich will definitely play very carefully against Arsenal.

Real Madrid prepared to face City?That is not going to happen.Real was destroyed 4-0 last year when they were playing much better than what I saw against Leipzig during this season,that was the most ugly football I have ever seen in my life and trust me I have seen more than 25 years of football,never I have seen such a boring game like that of Real Madrid against a team like Leipzig which is nowhere near the power of Manchester City.

Real for me is out 101% and they don't stand a single chance against City with that type of football that they have showed so far in the Champions League,if the odds will be good for City when playing away I am going to bet an extensive amount as I am sure they will beat Real at Bernabeu too.

Everyone has their own opinion and supports their own team, so in my opinion it is true that Arsenal are much better than last season, but we also look at their experience and winning mentality, whether they are really convinced that they can do it now, namely win the title here. this season, whether it's EPL or UCL, I'm not completely sure they can beat Munich just like that because against Porto they had difficulty winning and it doesn't really look like they can qualify for the UCL final this season.

Yes, I agree with you that Real Madrid glory days are gone after Manchester City had a much more perfect squad, while Manchester City players didn't have many changes and remained a perfect squad, while Real Madrid didn't have the players they had during its heyday has quality players like Benzema and Ronaldo.
Last season's meeting was proof that Manchester City performed much better than Real Madrid with poor results and recent performances. Real Madrid can only always get wins with very small scores and performances like this Real Madrid will not be able to return to their glory days.

That's more of a realization in my opinion, we do have our own point of view but don't be selfish in looking at a team just because you like it or not and to make predictions we have to be realistic.

I wouldn't be so sure that Real Madrid will win Man City in that match because the match is a very tight one with both having equal opportunities. Man City is not a team to write off easily, they have broken that hard luck that prevented them from winning the UCL for many years. They have the team and the coach to win the trophy again this season.

I agree, at this stage I wouldn't be shocked if any team beat any team, it would not be a shocker. I agree that Dortmund could be weakest team but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with a result like that, we should probably see all other teams doing fine. I hope that we could probably consider this when we are betting and it should be normal and not really have any situations changing, we should probably do something that I could consider to be doing fine and normal as well.

I think it would not be all that confusing, and it should probably not be something very fun when betting if we bet small amounts. I will end up doing something that will do fine, it is not going to be all that much of a big deal when the time comes.

It seems like there is no gap at all to predict this match correctly. These two elite teams in Europe seem to have everything to be able to talk a lot. This match should not have taken place in the quarterfinals because their place was very suitable in the final round. But the draw forced them to kill each other to advance to the semifinals.

Manchester City still has a squad that is not much different from last season and materially the players seem to be better prepared. Guardiola certainly understands his opponent very well and he will definitely not be hasty in making decisions. Real Madrid also has a very superior team, it's just that the condition of the team is currently in a transition period, many young players are starting to be brought into orbit by Ancelotti but in La Liga they are able to play quite well.
