There are only 3 left-backs and right-backs left in total in our squad.    Angelino is also about to leave as he has reached an agreement with Roma. In fact we can see it like only one left back left and no right back. Because Ali Turap Bülbül isn't playing. This is code red for Galatasaray on their way to the Super League championship.

Tagliafico and Acuna are the recent rumours for left-back position. I have heard of Lorenz Assignon's name the most for right-back position. These are all good names to hear but we need to be really quick. Otherwise the rest of the season can turn into a nightmare for us.

Can anyone understand why and how Angelino can land in Roma? I feel like he was very bad, he was so bad he was way below average champions league player. He is just mediocre at defence and nearly bad at offense. I think Kazımcan can only be good sub, he is not going to hit first 11 that easily. Galatasaray should quickly get 2 new backs, they made above 30 million euros from selling Sacha Boey, they can buy many different good back players. Turkish league isn't that tough.

I don't understand why Roma are buying Angelino. I don't think Angelino is a very good player, he's not a player who will play for Roma.
It's good for us that he's leaving and I hope we can replace him with a better player.

I liked Angelino, but he is not a very high-level player. He is an average full-back, incomparable to Boey. Still, he is a name that can be in the reserves from time to time. I think Roma transferred this name by giving importance to rotation. De Rossi can consider him as a substitute, rather than a starter. The Turkish league's competition is not like Serie A. Serie A is a tougher league and there could have been better options for Roma.

Personally I wouldn't buy Angelino, if he can't compete in the Süper League how can he compete in Roma? It's an unnecessary investment for Roma, I think they could buy better players instead, but there must be something Roma sees in Angelino.

Both Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray won 2-1 this week. In previous weeks these teams were scoring 4 or 5 goals every game. In recent weeks they have been winning their matches with a 1 goal difference. I am not very sure being around relegation line will make them play more open relaxed type of football. I feel like they just don't wanna lose a match at this point as even 1 point can save you. I think Hatayspor will try more to win in the end because they are home team and their squad is sort of better we may say. Attackers of Hatayspor are individually more skillful than Karagümrük's. But I am sure Karagümrük is going to try hard to not lose this match. Draw can still be safer bet here.

Well, Hatayspor and Karagumruk are two lower-middle team who currently have positions 15 and 16 in the standings, both team also have points that are only very slightly different, namely 1 point.

This match is very important for both team because win that can give them full points will help them improve their position in the standings, if they experience decline there will be pressure to be in the relegation zone.

Maybe the reason why is Spinazzola's injury. Because he has a muscular injury and it isn't known when he will return. They transferred Umut Nayir to the striker in the winter transfer window. They made good transfers and when we look at these transfers, we can say that they want to stay in the league.

He is still a very good player when we are talking about pure talent, but his pace is no longer what it used to be and that causes him to be not as good. Currently, Berkan Kutlu, a midfielder that we called back from loan, is playing at the left back (or at least he did one game) and on the right back we have Kaan Ayhan. It is obvious that we can't keep going like this, but I would rather keep going like this then get Serge Aurier. That dude is 30+ years old already and will not make us any money. The management should have learned their lesson about getting old players, when you get a young one, you spend less, and you may get lucky and make a lot of money, whereas when you get old, it just sticks to your hand and you can't get rid of them. Find some young player, preferably cheap, and sell them.

The January transfer window is set to close tonight and whatsoever pending moves will be left till summer. Truth is, we expected a few transfer news buh we didn't really get to see them actualize. But still the teams have their reasons and they're only sure now that they'd have to manage what they have in their squad already.

 A lot of teams in dire situations just have to find a way to balance the adverse effect, the inability to make transfer would cause. Roma are a team looking to get back on ground and make their name reign once again in the Serie A, and for that to happen they'll need to restructure their team by getting players that could help them do better with their current manager. Well I don't think there would be much recruitments they'll make in this window, we'll get to see more new incomings by summer.

Rıdvan has a great potential and could do very well in the team, I would expect a lot from him and considering he is still young, he could be a great transfer for a future fee as well. However, Zeki Celik doesn't look that amazing, of course its better to have a right back then not have any, so it would be nice to have him on the team, but I would not expect as much from him as I would from Rıdvan Yılmaz.

If we could make these two transfers, then I would say the team would be fine, the number eight position seems to be getting a lot better. We would be getting the best out of everyone else as well. I think we are already doing fine and getting new players would be risky, but not getting it is also quite risky as well, so easing these new transfers into playing would be the best thing we could do. I hope we would get them, it would benefit us a lot, plus would give us national player advantage as well.

Well those 2 names are better than nothing considering we are in winter transfer period. Winter transfers are always less functional than summer because noone likes to sell their better players at least before the end of season. I actually thought Galatasaray wouldn't sell Boey (but 30 million euros was probably very convincing for board). I think its good to have Turkish defenders because of future foreigner player limitations that will eventually be enforced.

Zeki Çelik will definitely be an unnecessary transfer. I'm sure Barış Alper plays better than him. Baris Alper can play anywhere, every team needs such a player.

January transfer window came and most teams used the time to gather up new intensity to their squad, switches occured and definitely either positive or negative changes in the team's performance would follow suit. The Turkish side have seen an essentiality of a switch up, it may seem advantageous to them although it was all ahead of the final half of the season as well as European cup contests too.

 These players have done their best for the team no doubt but there are decisions a team makes for their own selves, although some may not necessarily be favourable to the players but it just has to be made. This is an avenue for the team to make better signings that'd improve the squad strength. They're already a good side judging from their UCL performance and their domestic league's performance too but the management wants better and so it's a welcome if they decide to let go off of some men to bring in new ones. Their decision should be respected and accepted.

However, he is now 30+ years old, and he hasn't been all that great for a while, he didn't get minutes even at Notthingham Forrest, for a team that is trying to play at Europa, and also trying to win the league, a bench player from Notthingham Forrest doesn't really sound like a smart move, certainly not smart if you consider his age as well because they can't make much out of him for the future. This type of "big name" transfers never really helped any team, you should always look for someone who deserves it, not someone who had a good career.

According to the news Erden Timur has talked to the player and asked about his conditions. However I have some things to refrain from about this probable transfer.  

• Serge Aurier was a really good right-back in the past. But now I doubt about his contributions.
• He is quite injury-prone too. Especially a hamstring injury he got in the 2018/2019 season had a bad impact on his career.

Let's see if he proves me wrong in case this transfer happens for Galatasaray.

Serge Aurier is a very good player for me, and also he can do a lot in the main plan of play of the Galatasaray, he is really fasta nd strong, and with Galatasaray dominating the 90% of the games they play he can make a very good runs in the right band without so much effort and made good crosses to Icardi for example, and in defense he can return really fast thanks to his speed.
