Liverpool suffered their first defeat against Nottingham Forest. Points lost to easy opponents are very important, they can cost them the championship.

M.City continues to win and are currently first in the league.

M.United won 3-0 but this is a win against the worst team in the league right now.

Seriously this was a heavy blow for Liverpool, Manchester city are looking like an Alien team which are hard to stop and for any team to get the tittle off them that team might have to play their hearts out like each game is the final. Liverpool with Arsenal are the two clubs many have thought will be the challengers. Liverpool started the season in a perfect way and haven’t even conceded losing today is a serious draw back considering that the co challengers have won their own game. Nottingham Forest have usually been a little nightmare to Liverpool when it matters most just like the way Brentford are usually a very difficult fixture for Manchester city. Now is the real test for Arne slot, sometimes it is not about winning alone but how you also pick yourself up from defeat to re start again.

Manchester United on the other hand a bit luck and Little effort to win, they could have been behind so early thanks to the bad penalty by Archer and a very good double save by onana, overall some united players were excellent but as a team they still look a little uncoordinated and against a better club today they would be in trouble

Even though Chelsea struggled so much before the win came so lately it really means a lot to the team by making them unbeaten in the last three league matches, while Bournemouth has also struggled to have won only one match since the starting of the season, it was a terrifying and intensive game between the both teams but Chelsea had to made away with the winning lately which Robert Sanchez made it a reality for the blues as man of the match.

Another interesting game that is going to be as hot as this is Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, indeed it is a clash especially after the international duties, the least I could say now is that Tottenham playing at their home might becomes an advantage but their there is higher chances of seeing both teams to score in the game and the same might likely happen too in the wolves and Newcastle game today.

Today might be victorious for Manchester United, but with their performance  during the first half its obvious  they are not yet ready to return to their former glory  as one of EPL title competitors. They might have won the game but their performance was very poor, thanks to Andre Onana who saved the penalty from Archer else, Southampton would have been inspired to do more and that would definitely  lead to the red losing the game. Well I think casemiro changes was made at the right time and once again  he prove himself useful unlike the previous  game were his performance  was rated to be out of form. But the fact that ten hag hasn't been making the signing decisions is another topic  to be discussed because,  that has also been affecting the games.

No, I would not judge Man United as lucky in this match. Although I am not a MU fan and also dislike Ten Hag a little, but indeed Man United still has a very good striker. And regarding Onana who successfully thwarted the penalty kick by Southampton, actually it was not luck but Onana actually has good talent. It's just that Man United defense is still very weak and this is a problem that is currently being fixed by Ten Hag. There's another surprising result besides Liverpool losing against Nottingham. Brighton failed to win against Ipswich. I think that Brighton is one of the best playing teams in the Premier League and they will be competing for a place in Top 7. Another defeat for Everton. 3-2 against Aston Vila. I really hope that the blue team from Liverpool won't go to Championship in the next season. Man City, Man United and Chelsea didn't impress me, but they've won their matches and gathered 3 points.
I expect easy wins for Arsenal against Tottenham and for Newcastle against Wolverhampton.

Disappointing outcome for Arne Slot and his boys right at home in front of the crowd of supporters roaring in the Anfield stadium. This is Nottingham Forest first win in Anfield in 55 years. Who would have thought Nottingham Forest would be able to pull off such a historic win today. Arne Slot will not be happy to be remembered as the manager who ended the streak. He’s been very critical of the players after the game:

The result frustrates me the most and we cannot be happy about how the game went. It was a stop-start game and we hardly created any chances. We only have to look at ourselves, we have to be better. Far too many times we lost the ball around the area, it was not good enough. We have to be better with the ball.

Our decisions and execution wasn't good enough. In general we defended quite well but the two fast players came on and made it difficult. We took a lot of risk and in the end it was a very good goal.

When I saw the odd of Liverpool to win Nottingham Forest, I knew something was wrong somewhere. For Liverpool that hasn't lost a game in their first 3 games to have such odd I knew something was cooking. I concluded that the game might end in a draw, but I never knew it was going to be a barring draw. To be on a safer side I place the bet both team to score. Although I wasn't too convinced that the match will end in a draw, so I saw both teams scores as a more realistic outcome. But it was very surprising to me that Liverpool couldn't score a goal in anfield, against Nottingham Forest team. Judging by how Liverpool has been hot since the start of the season, it was indeed a disappointing result for the anfield faithful. Nottingham Forest was able to claim a win for the first time in anfield after 55 years. It was indeed a sad day for Liverpool fans. Nottingham Forest has officially welcomed Arne Slot to the premier league.

Liverpool got their first defeat of the season to Nottingham Forest, played at Anfield and had the status as the favorite but Liverpool failed to extend their winning record, Liverpool actually dominated the match very much but the hard work and unyielding attitude shown by the Nottingham Forest players were able to conquer Liverpool in front of their own supporters, I think the match gives hope for other teams to be able to compete fiercely at the top of the Premier League standings now, an other match that surprised me quite a bit was the comeback that Aston Villa was able to do in week 4, Aston Villa who played at home was actually two goals behind until the 36th minute from Everton, but the mentality and a slight change in strategy made by Unai Emery in the match made them able to comeback at the end of the match by defeating Everton 3-2.

And Liverpool back down to the earth. There is plenty of work for Slot to do after this loss. It has nothing to do with the fitness or injuries of the players.

I think Slot must be creating brainstorming sessions for his players on how to beat low blocks. though they are against a weak team such as Nottingham, but they struggle just to score. And this is due to the low block strategy used by their opponent. They always encountered this once they faced low block club.  This problem has plagued them repeatedly. And it must be stopped.

But, I'm more concerned about Slot's idea to fix Nottingham's low block by putting Trent at midfield. I don't think it would work. Losing more points can't be toleted caused by it's only helped City to widen its gap.

The ghanaian and British raised player, hudson odoi was a fuckin' stuner in the game... Imagine being substituted at the time and he brought the game back to life in the 72nd minute!
What's even more shocking is that the last time Nottingham forest won against Liverpool in Anne field was 55 years ago.

The game was tough and rough for Arsenal but as a legend team they have to played a fair game to defend themselves. Tottenham Hotspur got 5 Yellow Cards and Arsenal got 3 Yellow Cards and only this told us that the Match was tough and rough. Arsenal used experienced won the game. And why I said experienced when they see that Tottenham Hotspur played more than them they have to retreat to the defense and played defense game till the end of the Match. Today was not Tottenham Hotspur lucky day to win the game if not they really play well.

Wolves vs Newcastle United is going on and Newcastle United as of now is oppressing Wolves but I still believe Wolves in the game.

Although indeed, there is still Manchester City which is consistent with the results of winning in each match, but that does not mean Manchester City will not experience bad results or surprising  results like Liverpool experienced. Thus, I personally hope that no team really goes alone at the top of the standings, because that will make the league uncompetitive.

But indeed, with this defeat it might also be a big concern for Liverpool's next matches, whether Arne Slot will still be able to make Liverpool consistent with good results, or maybe there will be an up and down phase and if that happens, then Liverpool will be left behind in the title race this season.
