Chelsea not doing great is not really a shock, they keep on getting players and at this point they are making a huge mistake. They have 40+ players on their list, that makes no sense and if they get rid of half of them, the money they can raise from that would be enough to purchase Mbappe and Haaland together, it makes no sense to spend this much money on mostly players that are not good.

Let's see how they will do, but when you consider the amount of money they spent, and then you look at their roster on a game day, and the eleven players they have look basically similar to whoever they are facing. When in reality they should be a lot better if they spend this much, and for the past two years or so they have been just getting whoever they want, that's a bad decision.

It is not surprising to everyone with Chelsea's performance in the last few seasons until now, they have been inconsistent and I agree with you about wasting money just for players they shouldn't buy, not only Chelsea, Man United is the same as Chelsea even though they are considered a rich club, spending that much money is not a big deal for them, but on the other hand they are not aware that this will end in their financial crisis in the future, if they continue to buy players who are not useful for the club's growth then a crisis will hit Chelsea, of course there must be a change in the problem of recruiting players in choosing players who are truly useful for the team and can bring change to Chelsea's game, I hope Chelsea is aware of this condition in every season experiencing a significant decline.

when a squad spends the likes of over 1 billion in the span of two years, you expect their first eleven to be really really good, where the players are so good that they can be considered as stars. Chelsea owners did spend a lot of money but the spending was not really well-thought. A lot of these recruitments are seen as future investments, who can be sold for higher prices later on. But I don't think that's how football really works.

If Todd Boehly was more success oriented, I think he would try to buy a few star players, who will make the starting XI in every week and are also proven in the Premier League. Coming to Chelsea could be a delight for a lot of players, as this gets them more wages, a spot in the top 6 clubs in the league is definitely something to be proud of. It's also not like going to Saudi Arabia, which ensures they don't get a backlash.

Chelsea should have gone for more players like Pedro Neto, who are proven in the Premier League, who can start games and can ensure wins, and their buying of worse players does not add much value in the current context. I hope they make better choices soon.

It is good to hear Palmer isn't going to be a part of the Conference League main stage. It isn't the Champions League in the end. Why would you risk your best player by far, right? 

They need him much more than the rest of the players. He shouldn't get injured or too exhausted in a less important match there. He should always be ready to contribute in the Premier League instead. He has already started with 1 goal and 4 assists in 3 matches. He is a magician.    But it is sad to see Chelsea still being consistent while he is trying his best. It would just make things easier for Palmer to leave earlier for trophies.

Regarding the championship in the champions league of course they will pursue it, but the competition now is still quite difficult where Man City and Real Madrid will not let the competition run easily in the champions league, they are always the favorite winners in that league.
The situation at Man City now is also very good and Haaland is giving his performance back and it will affect many more teams who are ambitious to pass them.

I never expected much from Arne Slot also like it’s a new season and Liverpool with a new coach but still doing perfect is impressive, seeing how Arne Slot lead the team shows he’s ready for the title let’s watch out.

Liverpool and Manchester City have been the best in the first 3 weeks of the season, they showed impressive matches, I saw that and you can't say it wrong.

If Liverpool has gone three matches this season without conceding a goal, it is actually a big plus to Arne Slot. I haven't taken note of that statistic, I only know that they are unbeating so far with Manchester City. Before the 30th of November when Manchester City will meet Liverpool, either of Manchester City or Liverpool or even both must have lost some points. Even if they are unable to lose three points, they will at least lose two points. The English Premier League of this season is not that lose, it is somewhat competitive that anything can happen to any of these big clubs at any time.

Not withstanding, I am more confident in Manchester City and Arsenal than in Liverpool. Why do I say so, it is because both Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta have been in English Premier League and have known how to manage their players. If small injury crisis rock Liverpool, I am not very sure that Arne Slot can handle it effectively.
