Wolves - Chelsea is the most electrifying match I have watched since the season started. From Chelsea’s performance today, I don’t think Enzo Maresca needs a number 9 anymore. Nicolas Jackson was impressive in the game scoring one goal and gave an assist. Chelsea played well against Wolves and won by a big margin. However, this does not prove that the Chelsea team is in a very strong position. Because in the first match we saw that the Chelsea team could not make such an advantage against Manchester City. Chelsea lost the match 2-0.

Personally I don't think Chelsea will compete for the title. Also qualifying for Champions League is very difficult for this team. Because even last season we saw Chelsea winning by big margin in several matches. Even against a big team like Tottenham, Chelsea won by a big margin. But Chelsea's performance throughout the season was erratic. There is no guarantee that we won't see Chelsea's erratic performance this season as well.

Chelsea will play against Crystal Palace in the next match. Chelsea may not have any problem to win against Crystal Palace and Bournemouth in the next two matches. But in the next matches, Chelsea will play against big teams like West Ham, Brighton, Liverpool and United. It will be difficult for Chelsea to get full points in these matches.

Napoli has signed him for €30m and it is a 3-year deal. Chelsea has managed Lukaku situation terrible over the years. This caused them to be in huge loss in total. Their finances deserve to be managed much better than this. But who am I talking to?    There is a chairman who doesn't stop buying players. Thankfully the transfer window is closing by this Friday.

At the start of the match, Chelsea were predicted to win based on the team's condition. That was found in the field as well. N. Jackson scored against Wolverhampton in the 2nd minute of the first hour and from then the pressure started to fall on Wolverhampton team. But when Wolverhampton leveled at 1-1 on 27 minutes they were left feeling very excited. Palmer managed to score another goal for Chelsea in the last minute of the first innings in the 45th minute. There Wolverhampton turned up brilliantly. Wolverhampton managed to score again in the extra minute of the first half. The first hour ended 2-2. Well in my own perspective, in football I believe in one thing, which is giving credit to a deserving person or team when they does well and issue out criticism when they are performing badly, and it's actually the right way to do if you are not being sentimental, so as of the case of Chelsea football club, I honestly applaud them in the way they dispatch wolves in their own backyard in the second half of that particular encounter, and they made it look as if wolves is in a terrible form, which they are not, so I applaud them for that, but as for the game against serviette, they were actually horrible in defense, and I think it's high time badiashile is show the exit door, because he is no where near the level of defenders that should be playing for a team like Chelsea.
So if Enzo mascara can fix the defense of Chelsea, I think they might be able to do better than last season, but if their defensive lapses is not fixed, they might even finish bellow the sixth position they got last year, that's my own opinion though.

I agree with you that the guys in Chelsea's attacking lineup are playing very well right now and are in good form. However, Chelsea's defense is still quite weak. They conceded two goals against Wolves and Chelsea also conceded two goals against Servette in the Conference League match. The team lost the match by 2-1. Even though they lost 2-1 in this match due to a 2-0 win at home, Chelsea did not suffer any losses.

Enzo Maresca should tighten up his defense. Teams like Wolves and Servette easily break down Chelsea's defence. Manchester City won 2-0 against Chelsea. This shows that Chelsea's defense is weak. When faced with big teams, Chelsea team will be defeated due to weak defense. If Enzo Maresca's target is to finish in the top four of the table, strengthening the defense is not an option. If the defense is weak, it is impossible for Chelsea to qualify for the Champions League. Because Brighton and Tottenham are performing better than Chelsea at the moment.

Brighton have shown good performance at the beginning of the season even though they are no longer coached by de zerbi but so far their game is still very good, I agree with you, if arsenal can not underestimate brighton in that the match, but I think if you compare the games of the two teams so far of course arsenal are still better in terms of their attack and defense,  Just like you, I also think that if Brighton will be able to make it difficult for Arsenal but for brighton can  beat it seems unlikely, in the previous match Brighton was able to destroy Everton but the victory is very reasonable considering Everton current status as a weak team, when they beat Manchester United of course it is a surprise and it is appropriate for Arsenal to be wary  performance by Brighton later,  But we also can't deny that Manchester United in that match lost their focus at the end of the game and it was well used by Brighton, so I think Arsenal will not repeat the mistakes that Manchester United did later.

I have zero clues why Chelsea is doing this, but I am sure that they have a pretty good idea why they are doing this. We can't be the only one who sees this, they are the ones who are doing it so they must be aware of the situation they are in right now. Which means that, they are aware of the fact that they have 40+ almost 50 players, with like 7 goalkeepers, so it's clear that they are doing something while being aware of the situation they are in.

I believe that it's going to suck for a while but whatever they have in their mind, they will eventually activate the strategy and then something right will happen. Maybe it's all about selling like 25 players all at once, and getting some superstar with that kind of money, who knows what's going to happen. I really have zero clues, but I reject the notion that they are not aware of the situation they are in, getting the 7th goalkeeper was the nail in the coffin, I know they know what they are doing at this moment.

Well, for me this is a very good arrival because after all, basically Federico Chiesa is a player with high spirits even though when strengthening Juventus Federico Chiesa suffered a long injury but Federico Chiesa still has a great performance. Liverpool also gave a contract until 2028 and of course, it is a long contract and also considering Federico Chiesa's current age is 26 years.

But apart from that, Federico Chiesa plays on the left wing and in fact, I think Liverpool also have players in that position such as Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo and also Diogo Jota. Well, you always have to consider something, they were facing the strongest team or the strongest in the PL, that TITLE has not been taken away from City and therefore they had to start with that team, it's not that it's normal to lose against them, but I saw that they played them 1-1, they stood up well, they established good moments in the game, but they still fell, but the important thing is that they recovered, they won, and they've made a good start. I see them worthy of being in a good position in this PL, it's like you say, they have to maintain that level.

Enzo Maresca lauds Chelsea wonderkid who showed ‘personality’ in Servette defeat

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca singled out Tyrique George for praise after the Blues lost 2-1 to Servette on Thursday night, insisting he ‘had personality’.

Now the summer transfer window has ended. I’m somehow not satisfied with how Arsenal concluded their business. It’s the general disappointment of not getting a grade-A attacker. Edu and Arteta goofed this summer with their plans for incomings, they acted like novices and are banking on fitness of the players, which is quite naive.

They are just 2 games into the season and have lost 2 key players, who knows what would have happened by week 10? They may have strengthened in quality but they have made the team weaker in terms of numbers.

Nevertheless, Sterling is a very wonderful addition to the team, he gives them dynamism and potency from the bench. And for the numbers flying around, that deal is a no-brainer. I’d rather have Sterling than the combination of Nketiah and Nelson.

It is likely that Manchester City and Arsenal regularly do well in the Premier League as Manchester City and Arsenal do not have tough opponents in the English Premier League but this is the same thing we do not see in the Champions League. Arsenal's Champions League journey has come to an end after going from group stage matches to the last round of the Super Sixteen. As the big teams are competing in Champions League, Arsenal and other teams should compete hard so that Arsenal and other teams can finish the tournament in a better Champions League stage.

Arsenal and Manchester City have shown their ability in the Premier League by defending as champions 1 and 2 in the last 2 seasons so I think it's true as you said that they are still very strong in the Premier League their opponents are still below them but don't forget Liverpool because this club will also be a strong competitor in the Premier League last season this club became champion 3 this season maybe there is no significant difference Arsenal and Manchester City will definitely be at the top of the EPL standings.
Talking about the Champions League Man City and Arsenal are different Arsenal does not have a good experience it always ends before the final last season Arsenal was eliminated by Bayern Munich in the quarter finals UCL.

I don't forget Liverpool showed hope in the Premier League last season and at one point it looked like they might finish the season at number one in the points table, behind Manchester City or Liverpool but you must have seen their late game. Their performance towards the end made it look like Liverpool were an unprofessional side and they may have forgotten to win at the end. Liverpool have had a good start in the first two matches this season and they have earned full points in these first two matches but the question here is whether Liverpool can sustain this winning streak till the end of the season. There is no doubt that Manchester City and Arsenal will be consistent, but if Liverpool are discontinuous in the middle of the season, they will not be able to compete with Arsenal or Manchester City in the end.

Chelsea has a good defensive and offensive midfield and good wingers as well, having a holding striker like Osimhen up front would complete the team's attacking force. While they look for ways to fortify the defense because I'm not too comfortable with Cucurella's performance. He's not very sharp as a defender.
