Several English league teams are starting to look quite active in recruiting new players at the moment, Manchester United, Chelsea, City and Arsenal reportedly have a long list of names of players they will recruit to strengthen their squad next season, last season Chelsea ended the season outside Champions League zone so Todd Boehly was quite disappointed with all their achievements and finally fired Pochettino from his coaching position, even though towards the end of the season Chelsea started to develop, but this did not stop Chelsea from firing Pochettino and recruiting Enzo Maresca as their new coach next season.

Bringing in Enzo Maresca is proof of Todd Boehly ambition to see Chelsea rise again, not just recruiting a new coach, in fact Chelsea is currently very active in the transfer market for recruiting many talented young players and  if I'm not mistake, so far Chelsea have brought in 5 new players who is ready to compete for the main place at Chelsea next season, compared to other English league clubs, currently Chelsea is the team that has recruited the most players and reportedly they are still trying to recruit Osimhen from Napoli at this time.

So far Chelsea have managed to bring in four new players, they are Marc Guiu, Omari Kellyman, Tosin Adarabioyo and Dewsbury-Hall and not only that, because several players will also or have returned from loan such as their goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga. Thus, basically Chelsea has a good squad but coming back to the Chelsea manager, if their head coach or manager can maximize the potential of each player, then of course there is a big chance for Chelsea to be able to compete in the top four of the Premier League standings next season. There is a chance for that in 1-2 years. Guardiola has been giving some signals from time to time. He won't manage Manchester City forever in the end. The whole team is built according to his system as well.

Todd Boehly loves to spend money and we should be expecting him to spend another $1 Billion in the transfer market signing young players that would not be able to impact the league. Todd boehly do not allow his managers to be incharge of the signing of players and this causes the bad signing they always have. Out of all the players that they are going to sign one will be a top signing like last season that Cole Palmer became a successful signing but the others flopped. Injuries caused alot of damage but this season they might not be good signings too. It is not about signing players but can you assemble the perfect team to challenge for the title because Arsenal and Manchester city are going to strengthen their squad this season and it would not be an easy fight for the title.

This manager accepts the challenge for a new team that is not doing very well in the league title or the champion league, the sole aim of this manager is to take charge of the team and make that team champion. I don't think Manchester City will be fine if Pep Guardiola is no longer looking after them. Who knows what will happen if Manchester City loses the right coach for them. The biggest problem with Arsenal is that They have not been able to play consistently when it matters. If they could actually play consistently when it mattered, they would have at least won the English Premier League title at least once in the last three seasons. And who says that they are going to be able to perform consistently when it matters in the next season? I know that I am sounding a little negative right now. But that is something I have to be. And I will not say that it is actually being negative. I am being critical of their performance.

Manchester City will probably have to perform better than what they did in the last two seasons. Pep Guardiola's contract at Man City will end next season in 2025 and it is reported that the coach will not extend his contract again because Pep Guardiola has been Manchester City coach for quite a long time and has made many achievements so it is possible that he wants a new challenge by coaching a club outside the Premier League.

I suggest Pep return to his native Spain and become coach of one of the big clubs there, namely Barcelona. You're sounding very negative to the todd boehly. As a club owner with almost zero knowledge about football, and todd boehly deserves more time to learn how to not to be scammed by buying an average player with very expensive price. And todd boehly does it now, he slowly learns from his mistake last season.

Chelsea's balance sheet is balancing now. It shows todd boehly is trying slowly, but surely understand it properly about how not to overspend during the transfer season. And todd boehly will not repeat the same mistake when he spent 600 millions and got nothing as the return.

This is not the first time Chelsea is active, things didn’t not change because the money they spent on players at some point. Nothing changed so what gave the impression that anything will change even if they are the most active, if it is about spending money Chelsea is good at it, as they are spending they are not getting results. So it’s pointless when you spend and no improvements, that is exactly what is happening to Chelsea. And they already have the intention of signing players along the new coach if their performances increase then good for them, Chelsea as been lacking behind seriously, compare to other clubs.

Of course money is very important for a club but it doesn't guarantee any achievement because most people feel that whenever a club is very rich they tend to have more good quality than every other clubs which actually doesn't work that way because no matter the amount of money a club will have, with a wrong choices of players they will never achieve anything so is very important for the management to have that psychology, however as a club that has money what they need to do is to figure out a way in other to enhance the performance of the players and the only way to achieve that is by getting a good coach for the club, perhaps this actually the reason why I admire Pep Guardiola because he doesn't believe that buying numerous players is the best but instead he believes on how to utilize the ones he has to become better players.

Pep Guardiola is not like all other managers who stay in the team when the situation is good but he is different. This manager accepts the challenge for a new team that is not doing very well in the league title or the champion league, the sole aim of this manager is to take charge of the team and make that team champion. With all the achievements Manchester City have achieved under him, he will surely find new destinations and take on new challenges. 

Pep Guardiola does not take on teams that do not have money to spend and currently there no such teams in need of a manager in other leagues that is not the premier league, La liga or Germany league which he has conquered. He will not be ready to retire by going to coach a Saudi Arabia club therefore he will prefer to stay at Manchester city where he has all the luxury to buy any player he wants to continue dominating the premier league. Pep guardiola focus has to be winning more champions league because that is where he has not been able to conquer with Manchester city. He has to dominate the league just like Real Madrid always do before he can leave the club. He has gone to two champions league final but that is not an enough accomplishment.
