At this point Gyokeres deal has been talked as "when and not how", because everything is basically settled and the only thing left is just time. Sporting is forced, Gyokeres wants to go to Arsenal so much that he is willing to literally get paid less, just so his salary could go towards paying sporting instead.

When a player wants to leave that much, no team could hold that player. Arsenal is lucky, they may had to deal with convincing Gyokeres too, but seems like he won't be needed to be convinced, he wants to go there. I read a rumor that Arsenal have agreed with Viktor Gyokeres. Maybe his position is different from Rodrygo, but Gyokeres has been priced at 60 million euros.

There's no agreement between Sporting and Arsenal over Gyokeres. According to Sky Sports News, Arsenal offered £56 million + £13 million in add-ons, while Sporting Lisbon wants £60 million guaranteed, plus £9 million in add-ons. Sporting's asking price looks fair to me. Arsenal is not far off from meeting the number and can come back with an improved offer. I guess why Arsenal is stalling is because there's no competition from other clubs.

The English premier league is a competitive league right from when i started watching football it's not a league that one team keep winning all the time just like German Bundesliga where Bayern Munich keep winning the tittle, and before the beginning of any season people already know that the tittle belongs to Bayern Munich but in the English premier league it's not certain on which team will win the tittle it could be Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea or Liverpool there was also a season Leicester city surprised the world by Winning the English premier league tittle, so any team can win it here.

I believe this season will be tough more competitive most team has strengthen their team by adding some quality players, Manchester City will fight to win it this season since they perform poorly last season, Arsenal will also want to win it same thing to Chelsea.

Leagues those have competitiveness always shines with quality clubs and players this is always good advantage for Premier League in soccer world they are one of the best without having any doubt even sometime few clubs take good control but challengers able to bring them down.

Premier league is always on their best with too many quality teams and players giving their best in every season while matches are always attracted millions soccer fans around the world in last few years few teams are dominating but still level of quality and consistency is always amazing. Liverpool is going to be had another good season while Manchester City and Arsenal are doing to be give good challenge while Chelsea and Newcastle United are also had good improvement which will make things on balance.

Delap was a significant signing for Chelsea, but I don't think he's a player comparable to Rodrygo. Delap has adapted to the Premier League and, in my opinion, has become a quality player. Rodrygo, if he's transferred, will have to adapt to the Premier League. If he adapts quickly, he could be successful, but if he doesn't, he could be as ineffective as Richarlison.

With my observation so far in this coming season in EPL I'm seeing that there is going to be a strong competitor within the clubs, with the way and manner each clubs is taking a step at time in preparation of the EPL to kick of on the 15th of August alongside with Liverpool club vs Bournemouth club and i know that any clubs that fail to amend from there mistakes last season maybe end up not occupying a better position in the EPL table.

In last few years, premier league is touching new levels of performance, quality and consistency with top clubs are having amazing skilled and talented players while their sources are also allowing them to keep things on challenging level in last season Liverpool dominates due to Manchester City problems and Arsenal old tactics.

Upcoming season is going to be full of action and challenges as Liverpool strengthening their squad Manchester City is also increasing its power and Arsenal trying to fix their problems which will bring new war for title race at top level three clubs are on same level. Few other clubs are also working on their squad depth which will give them good help for keeping things on good level but it's going to be interesting season with many teams on same level for title race.

Chelsea is one of the most successful English Premier league football club we have so far when it comes European football, and amongst all the teams that came to this competition, Chelsea still found their way through to the final, incredible, and there are still chance they can win this trophy despite them facing Real Madrid in that encounter. They need to add more quality players into the club to strengthen the team a bit, Pedro already started showing a good sign, hopping he continues this way.

After watching how PSG destroyed Spanish giants Real Madrid this evening I doubt Chelsea even have a chance to get a goal against PSG in the finals. Real Madrid are a far superior team compared to Chelsea and they couldn’t even score one goal. PSG dominated and controlled the game, they scored 3 goals in the first half and still scored another in the late minutes of the game to make it a 4 nil victory.

Why are you beating around the bush? Soon you're praising Rodrygo and the next you've dopropped the good about him. Both Liam Delap and that of Jaoa Pedro will perform well in the league. Seriously, do you forget if Rodrygo's actual position is a winger. Although he can play as a striker, but it's not his best position. The better for Arsenal to sign a natural striker rather than another versatile like Rodrygo. They're also in progress to sign Gyokeres from Sporting too. Just wait and see.

Keep in mind that the English Premier League has experienced the same situation under Pep Guardiola, Manchester City won the Premier League title four times in a row without any competitions. Which has never happened in the history of EPL and that proves that the same thing can happen in other leagues if they have talented players as Manchester had that period. I still agreed with what you said.  When compared to other European leagues, the Premier League is the most competitive.

I agreed with your point, Rodrigo style of play will easily fit into teams like Manchester City and Arsenal, Because he is a quick finisher and he's good on the ball, If he gets the chance to play for any of these teams, he will be one of the best players in the future.

Shocked the world seems to be a big statement, i feel more like they got pretty lucky and the calendar were in his favour, you can look into the brackets and see they dont played against any big team from europe, PSG is gonna be the first one.

In the Premier League we perceive very fast attacks and counterattacks. Rodrygo is flawlessly be congruent for the Premier League. Rodrygo has the potential to attack rapidly. Rodrygo's performance with the Madrid squad was not bad. However, he should have performed better with the amount of opportunities he got. Rodrygo managed to score 6 goals and 5 assists in 30 matches. Arsenal or Chelsea could be a good choice for Rodrygo. Both of these teams have strong squads. Arsenal in particular will fight for the Premier League title next season. And for this purpose they are trying to strengthen the squad. I will be happy if Rodrygo joins Arsenal.

They've been very unfortunate in the last 3 seasons but I think they'll make a difference this season due to how active they're in the transfer window and the quality of players they're signed so far including the ones they're after, if Arsenal sign all their targets then I see no reason why they shouldn't win the trophy in the coming season, failure to do that means that Arteta is not competent and needs to be replaced, even though he doesn't win the Premier League, he should atleast try to win a trophy. If Arsenal end of signing Gyokeres then they'll be an inch close to winning the Premier league, Gyokeres is proven players although not Premier league proven but time will tell.

Gyokeres' move to Arsenal has been frequently rumored, but there has been no official agreement between Sporting and Arsenal. Arsenal, on the other hand, remains focused on bringing in top players to strengthen their squad. They recently signed a new player from Brentford, as officially stated here:

When Rodrygo plays along side Vini and Mbappé, his role becomes that of a playmaker.
Vini Junior cannot now for Rodrygo and likewise Mbappe cannot bow to Rodrygo.
So, it will not be fair to judge or rate Rodrygo by his number of goals and assists only.
