I feel like we are gonna have to wait a lot of time to have a proper conclusion about the next season preparation, i mean Xabi Alonso for me is gonna make a super good job but i still want to see after the world cup what happens with some arrivals and departures of players, for example is gonna Enzo Fernandez still in Chelsea? I dont think so. And that is gonna be very important.

Xabi Alonso has quite a reputation and is expectation is for him to build Chelsea and now the major questions should be that will Xabi Alonso be able to do that job and with the level of exposure and building of other clubs then he should be able to bring back the old Chelsea that we all are now the once that have been in slumber and after for many changes nothing have changed but let's hope this time around Xabi Alonso will be the Messiah.

The management have said they will allow Alonso have a big say in every player they will sign this season. By July Alonso will begin his work and the we will start seeing players that intrest him. And if they comply by allowing him to have big say then it should even make his job better because a lot of things are the attributes that only him can put to use and say something about and Xabi Alonso have the experience to take the club to the next level because of the kind of clubs he managed before.

Chelsea has been in a bad form and football fans cannot wait to see the changes that the new manager of the club would bring. Xabi Alonso is a great coach and due to how Chelsea have become so low he seems to be stepping into the spotlight because a lot of attention is going to be on the changes he would be able to make and I don't think that he is going to disappoint.

Xabi is coming in now, and look what he did in Germany with Leverkusen, he made them valuable. Now he can conquer England, but it's not so easy. You have to know how to win over players, your club, everything. That's why in every case, except for Real Madrid, Xabi has done wonderfully for me. In a club as important as Chelsea, he can triumph in the Premier League. Let's remember that Chelsea is the winner of nothing less than the Club World Cup.

Xabi Alonso will face extra difficulties because of Chelsea's terrible transfer moves in the past.    That would really need some time to handle.

However if the owner listens to Xabi Alonso and do what he asks for then Chelsea can start recovering in time. Otherwise I don't expect much progress...

In case of leaving Chelsea in the future I just hope his next station would be Liverpool.

Would Iraola like to make a big spending on a single player you think? Salah is leaving for example. If he doesn't think of filling his place with Munoz then he will need to spend. It isn't easy to find a solid replacement for a player like him.

While I am sure that the problems at Real Madrid was problems of Real Madrid and had nothing to do with Xabi, it is also important to realize that Xabi proved himself on a single club so far, and Chelsea will be a real test. Because if he does really good here, and I do not mean actually go win the league, because nobody can do that with Chelsea right now, doesn't matter who you are, there is not a single person on earth right now that can turn Chelsea into winners, or at least expectation is not that. Xabi just needs to be top four and everyone will love him.

This is a real trying time for Chelsea no doubt, if Xabi Alonso said something like that then he should lower the asking price for Enzo Fernandez so he can leave, because the dude is not willing to play for the team anymore, and least he's letting them leave he should also do well to find a very good replacement for them, because I've just saw a news where Roger turned them down for Arsenal, just imagine players are preferring Arsenal to Chelsea, wow how has the mighty fallen, anyways I just hope Xabi Alonso succeed the way you people believe he will.

Before Alonso put a pen on paper to be a Chelsea he told them his terms and condition and allowing him to have a say in the club signings was part of it. After several protest by the fans last season about how the club is being run the board have finally agreed by to allow most decisions to be taken by the manager. I believe Alonso will do well T Chelsea, he his talented and student of Guardiola also.

Well every manager needs time and I really hope Alonso won’t take much time to settle in at Chelsea. Chelsea is a very demanding team and I believe Alonso will be up to the task.

Pen on paper is always done after mutual understanding, and both parties agree about all terms and conditions because it has never happened anywhere, not only in soccer. Everywhere, after a long time, Chelsea is having a good coach, and it's going to be a challenging time for him to show how he can bring changes.

The first season is surely going to be not easy with adjustments and player spots, with many other on- and off-the-field issues needing to be set after this. Most chances are fans will be watching another golden era of Chelsea in the Premier League, with things always being competitive because mostly top teams will also increase their potential to give them a fight.

I think there are two reasons why Liverpool had a bad season after buying quality players, first Arne failed to unite old players and new players, and the last is probably the last season was the point where the players experienced a decline in performance after a brilliant season. One of them is Salah, we can say that season was the worst season for Salah, the situation was clearly visible after Diaz left Liverpool.

Man United have released a statement that Marcus Rashford is available for sale for £40 million (~$54m) but not to Liverpool or City, which Man United consider to be their archrivals.
So looks like Rashford is unlikely to be back to play for his old team. The club want him gone and he himself has said that he's not keen on returning to the Premier League. I think the price is reasonable enough to attract buyers, but the main problem could be Rashford's current salary. He is said to make £325,000 ($436,500) a week, so not many clubs will be able and ready to match that. That's probably one of the reasons Man United don't want to keep him. The media are saying that Michael Carrick is a fan of Rashford but he doesn't have the final say.
The other factor for selling him is that Man United are trying to start a new era and build something new from scratch. Taking back a former star doesn't fit into that vision.

Manchester United is want to sell his player Marcus Rashford on a condition that they will don't allow the player to join Manchester City and Liverpool. Because these two teams are the big rivals of the Manchester United and i think this conditional selling of a player is not going to happen in the very first time in fact it happens already. Because the current team may not feel comfortable to sell his player to their rivals and the player has the potential to may create some problems for them in the future. And i think Manchester Unite have their strong squad which are making them even more strong after everyday  and they no longer feel any need of Rasbford to play in their side. Although Marcus Rashford is also a very young and talented player and he is very reliable as the England's key footballers.

I have just happen to see the Premier League fixtures for the new season released today.

Fulham United should be up against Chelsea for the opening games. So we should be expecting a good show between Xabi Alonso and Arbeloa the last two managers of Real Madrid last season. Chelsea have not quite done pretty decent business in the transfer market, they'd be battered if they do not. I don't know the outcome, I just don't see Chelsea win do you?!

Winning the Club World Cup just became like a curse to Chelsea, because since they won that trophy, they have not been able to do anything tangible anymore. They were not even able to make it to the next season's Champions League. But that aside, Xabi Alonso will definitely bring a good achievement to Chelsea, though I don’t think he will be able to make them win the league trophy. It will be a bit hard for him to achieve due to the competition in the league. England is not Germany, so things are different over here, but I know he will be able to get a slot for them in the Champions League by the end of the season.

That’s why they’ve been very active in the transfer market and have overhauled their squad so the team can once again compete at the top of the standings. De Zerbi is a good coach, and Tottenham recognizes this because he was able to save the team from relegation. If De Zerbi is given time and the management meets his demands, I’m confident that he’ll be able to lead Tottenham back to competing at the top of the table, or at the very least, get them back into European competition.

You are right. Tottenham have been active in the transfer market lately. They have signed 3 players so far, with two coming in as free agent. I don't see any reason why Spurs are still signing CB, they already have two experienced CB; Romero and Van de ven. Spurs should be more focused on signing midfielders and forwards, their attackers were not consistent last season, and they also need experienced midfielders as well. De Zerbi is a good coach I know for sure, he really saved Tottenham last season, and I am sure he will even do more next season.

Liverpool really have to spend so much because the way their performance is, is not encouraging at all, it is actually worse for a defending champion to decline immediately, their performance even shocked so many people because after spending so much in the last transfer window, they expected to see a very brilliant performance from them but unfortunately they choose the other way around.

Right now that they have changed their coach I want to see who is the real problem, because honestly I blame slot for not performing well this season because he has been given everything he needed to take the club to the next level, but he choose to disappoint himself for not performing very well.

Being sacked at Real Madrid does not automatically make him a bad coach. He had a great season at Bayer Leverkusen despite not having many world class players in the squad. The reason he was unable to do well at Real Madrid was largely because some players had issues with one another.

Xabi Alonso was a good coach when is still in the Bundesliga competition and coaching Bayer Leverkusen but when he went to Real Madrid he failed to manage Real Madrid very well and that make him leave the club and now is trying to coach Chelsea in the premier league. The coach knows that Chelsea have been struggling last season and now that is the next manager he will do everything possible to fix the problem and he will surly sigh some players in the club so that they can be stronger then before and many of there players as leave the team and that will show that they need players next season. But I get believe that xabi Alonso can manage Chelsea if the players will give him full support.

Ordinarily, every coach needs total support from both tye board, players and even the fans. This will help to strengthen him and gives gives him that needed confidence to carry the affairs of the club no matter what, especially when the club is not doing well. Because the time that managers feel more pressure is when there clubs are not doing well, and for a club like Chelsea, they are very good at sacking coaches when they fail to deliver immediately.

Let's just be hopeful that it will be different with Alonso since he has coached big teams and gave done reasonably well, especially at Garmany. Am sure he is gonna get some good players to up there game and see how far they can go next season

there's a huge difference between the Germain Bundesliga and the English premier League, if you go pass Bayern Munich for any season then be rest assured that the league is yours that very season, not like the English premier League where you have enough competitors, note English premier League has top six big teams while Germain Bundesliga has just one, so if you are to win the league title there you will have to deal with the rest five teams, probably some of the underdog teams who are in good form for that season, so you shouldn't take because he succeeded there that he will do same here in England.

Tottenham ought to be active I mean with what they performed in the previous Season in the premier League they definitely need to up their game and stands because of they continue like this them it would be problem for them because their game would be very hard to meet up and that's why it's okay that they are going fill time shopping with players because it will be more competitive and even more harder for everyone to meet up since all teams will look to tighten their squad as hard as possible.
