We can't really know for sure. Xabi had a very successful season at Bayer Leverkusen, and we lost, but you guys won the championship. He could show a similar performance at Chelsea, of course I don't expect an undefeated championship there, but for me, Chelsea would be considered successful if they finished in the top four in the league. I think the Spanish manager can achieve this because I think he has a high level of technical knowledge.

They're a big side and also a competitive side but with the nonchalant management of owners can we even think of such a thing?!  I can not say that right now, but I can say that when I see the incoming who will be joining the project of Xabi Alonso this season. It does seem like few players are ready to stay though.
Yeah, getting him talents who can carry out and project his tactics is all that needs to be done for real.

They way we were considered by big teams and the EPL in the coming season fixtures shows how well we have fallen and I'm happy because this is going to bring more pressure on the management, one way or another.

I agree with you because Xabi Alonso is a relatively young manager and he is a person with technical knowledge of football. His period limit at Real Madrid was only 6 months. Although he was initially determined to take the team to a good height, overall he could not prove his success at Real Madrid. There may be a sense of arrogance among the players or a mentality of not respecting the younger coach.
I am almost sure that Alonso is a worthy manager for Chelsea and he will be able to take the club to a good level. I am also waiting to see his management strategy because he is a talented and capable manager.

Alonso will  probably make big changes to the squad. It will be difficult for chelsea to improve very quickly. Alonso is a talented manager. He will probably try to stabilize Chelsea gradually. Also, since the premier league is competitive , there are many strong squads here. So the competition for champions league qualification is also very intense. Even then, alonso will definitely give his best to bring chelsea to the top  4 of the table.

If Carrick could make do of the team the likes of Ruben Amorim couldn't manage and still ended the season at top 3. Then Xabi has a chance too to prove his competence. Inconsistency is something that can be limited if the a proper team management and structure is set. Last season we saw so many inconsistencies across almost all the club in the premier league and those who had better management of theirs found their way to the top. Xabi just needs to find a way to stay consistent even he manages draws for a while until the league becomes clear to him. He has 4 years contract with Chelsea which is enough time to do alot with the club.

Xabi alonso could be a very good coach for chelsea in the coming season, with the type of players in the team and his experience and  style of coaching, i have faith in him that he can bring some improvement to the team. He already have some players with potential in his mind that are untouchable. But for things to work for him perfectly he also need to sign some hungry players, especially in defense.

Chelsea need an experience defensive leader that can control the mind of the team but to be honest seeing Xabi Alonso as new chelsea head coach is really a good decision. Honestly, i believe he can make a difference and give a good performance better than last season. Fans can’t wait to see him on the touchline.

In my opinion, if management doesn’t put too much pressure on him and fully supports Xabi Alonso, then I’m optimistic that Xabi Alonso will lead Chelsea to qualify for the Champions League. Xabi Alonso is the type of coach who wants his players to play within the system he implements, rather than relying on individual talent. Furthermore, Xabi Alonso is a coach who works well with young players, and that will make his job at Chelsea a little easier, especially since the Chelsea squad happens to consist largely of young players.

Definitely, Xabi Alonso will make a significant difference at Chelsea more than at Real Madrid. We all know Chelsea are respectful, so Xabi will not encounter the same issues he encountered at Real Madrid. It will be much easier for him at Chelsea.

I am expecting to see more improvement in Chelsea’s performance, even though I know it will be a bit hard for him to win the Premier League trophy for them. However, they will definitely improve their performances. As for Real Madrid, I hope they get a better coach.

As far as i know although Enzo Maresca will being an the next of Manchester city coach but he still not officially announced to the public even, i heard Maresca has an issue with Chelsea for the contract which make Manchester city still having trouble to give him new contract and probably Manchester city will give some compensation money for Chelsea if they want Maresca is fully belong to them.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson rumoured has been close to Manchester City but i cannot found any progress about this transfer but maybe, Manchester city still thinking to make a bid for this player because Nottingham Forest only want 120 million which i think this is overpriced even, i wonder why currently in Premier league the price of players is very expensive even for only one player some teams have to spend money with deep pocket.

You are absolutely correct, this current squad is not as good as the former squad that was winning almost everything in football but I still think this squad is also good and what they need now is to improve them with a good coaching skill and mentality. You know coaching is what make some players change because there is a level of training and discipline you will give them they will have no other option than to improve and do better so the squad is good but more information is needed.

Well they have made a move for Nottingham forest Anderson, they sent a 100miilion bid which was reject and now they are preparing to send 120 million for the England international. Anderson is a hot cake and every big team wants him, it will be a good replacement for Rodri who have been struggling since his injury. The deal is almost done and should be finalize on coming weeks.

A lot of players are still in Manchester city rader, they are thinking of bringing a left back also. Cucurella was on their list before Real Madrid snatched him. I believe during this World Cup they will get a player or two to the team.

The transfers that will be made will also change Manchester City's fate. Manchester City currently has a pretty decent squad. Last year they chased the championship until the final weeks. They also performed quite well in the Champions League, in my opinion. Of course, we're all used to them winning the championship most seasons, so we saw it as an unsuccessful season, but we shouldn't forget that the point they reached can be considered a success for a team.

With the new manager, several changes are expected in the manchester city squad. It seems necessary to strengthen City's midfield. City would have tried to add cucurella to the squad if real madrid had not made the deal so quickly. We will see several new faces in this World Cup who are capable of  playing well. City management should closely monitor the world cup. For example , Undav of the german squad played brilliantly in both matches. Germany was able to win in the last match because of Undav. I did not know this stuttgart star well before.

Same here I have not heard any news about Manchester City making any signings and if they are not pushing to make some important signings then they are making a very big mistake, they need to start looking for good and important players to sign before next season will kick off, other clubs have been making important signings or going for players and making plans to sign but nothing from Manchester City or are they making their moves secretly well we are going to fine out soon.

I don't know if this transfer is finalized, but I think bringing him to Fulham would be a mistake. We didn't see much success with him at Real Madrid, and he didn't seem to have much discipline with his players. He might not last long in the competitive environment of the Premier League. Therefore, I think bringing him to the team would be risky.

Am not really expecting much from Chelsea by next season, and I don’t think anyone should even expect Instant improvement in Chelsea performance, it’s going to be a gradual process. Alonso will have to rebuild the squad gradually, some talented players are already leaving Chelsea, he will need to sign some players. With the current squad which Chelsea is having, if compared with other top teams, I don’t really think Chelsea will be able to make top 4 by next season, but I know Chelsea performance is going to improve by next season.

If any Chelsea fans are expecting Xabi Alonso to perform wonder next season then they're not sincere with themselves, the Chelsea current squad is not good to compete with Arsenal or Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City next season, they are below average. Xabi Alonso needs time to build his team , the management and the fans has to be very patience with him in this process.

No coach can perform with this Chelsea squad, many players nee to be sold and many new singing needs to be sign to improve the squad performance, it took Manchester United and Arsenal years to build a good team, Chelsea must give Xabi Alonso time and money to help build the club at least let them participate in Europa League or conference after next season.That should be their objectives and not to compete for the league.
