However, the most likely of them is 40-60 points reduction + a hefty fine. So, if this is not well-fought by the players on the pitch, they could delegate this season. A very good reason for them to be concerned.
I have heard many people talking about deducting 40-60 points. Since this is not a definite punishment now, let's see what happens. I hope what I said would be the punishment meted against them, as others are too severe/harsh to be imagined. If it's points deduction of 40-60 points + a hefty fine, they will quickly recover in a few seasons. However, others could be expulsion from Premier League or stripping them of all the titles and benefits gained during those violation times, or worse.

What punishment do you think will be appropriate for such a crime? They have been found guilty of 114 out of 115 charges, that's a big number to be frank, so what punishment is suitable for such. I understand these charges can be further brought down to 5 mainly if we are to categorise them. Some are calling for point deductions and relegation, some are calling for title stripping while some say, both should be applied. So I'm asking, what punishment do you think is suitable for them since you stripping off the title is harsh. I'm still of the opinion that money will exchange hands hence, less punishment for them just as the case of UEFA, I stand with my opinion until they prove me wrong by doing the right thing against Manchester City.
Harsh compared to what? In my opinion, this is not a harsh punishment, but rather too light (if this is the only one that is applied), since it does not in any way cover the losses of other clubs that suffered from the fraudster, plus it leaves City where they are, i.e. - meaning they can continue operating a business built entirely on fraud. In my view, a truly harsh measure would be expulsion from the professional leagues, that would set City back five years, which would be fair. And by the way, if you convert this measure into points (recall that, on average, a single violation incurs a 5-point deduction), then 114 × 5 = 570 yields the same result.

I've been wondering the kind of punishment that'll be given to Manchester city for breaking FIFA rules, because i could remembered when Everton was found guilty of 2 charges and 8 points was deducted from them and other England clubs that failed FIFA rules where also deducted points and paid millions €, now that Manchester city was found guilty 114 out of 114 charges. If the same points that was deducted from other clubs is being applicable to Manchester city that means city won't even play championship maybe something like national leagu. To me is better the went to relegation and and pay fine what what did than the points deduction, because deducting points will take city years before they'll be back to Premier League if only they'll even come back, because most of their players will definitely leave the club.

To me it is not harsh also, because they have cheated badly making others looking at the rest of the teams as they are not serious at all, this is a very big offense which they need to be punish so that others can learn from them, stripping off the title is a very light punishment but with this a lot of teams will be careful to be involve in this kind of scandal, because after fighting and winning everything today then tomorrow a group of people come and take it away. If they did not collect it from them, others will also engaged because after everything they still have their own record on their head, but right now they will be regretting it by now.

Deducting just 40-60+ points and let the whole crime slide is not punishable enough for such offense, to me after the 40-60 points they should equally pay a heavy file and should get relegated to the championship then they can let the trophies slide, with this punishment I believe they'll learn the hard way and it will mark as example to every other teams that are planning such act, but with the threat the UAE government has thrown to the UK government I think there will be some partial judgement on this case when the time comes.

This is too harsh mate, we gave to understand that football is very important to the England government and won't let Manchester city to be relegated to the championship, the best punishment is banning them form 2 years from transfer market and a fine. UAE can threaten as they, Manchester city will face the law, for their wrong doings. They have cheated for years and make other team look lesser. Manchester city is my club Manchester United rival and as a FSN I should be happy to see Manchester city being relegated but it will make the league boring, for years now Manchester city has been the best club in England with their corruption. But seeing them in relegation is so harsh for them.

I feel this transfer ban is okay, but a 10 points deduction should also be implemented with the transfer ban or as a substitute for that and a heavy ban, but lastly, I think City Is just going to get a slap on the wrist

They would not quickly recover, they might loose their coach, most of their players and even their sponsorships. They would start again from the scratch to build their way up and it would take a considerable time. I would recommend a hefty fine and transfer ban for like 3 years which would see them not sign any new player and make do with their squad. I doubt Premier league would be very fast to reach a decision on this, there's a lot at stake to consider.

The annoying part of all these things concerning Man City is that they were fined quite alright but the action was delayed so almost 3 years but you see that Everton's own case they issued the punishment immediately, I don't know why but I can't even understand why it took City this long to start serving their own punishment. If they had taken action like they did to Everton and Nottingham Forest I don't think Manchester City would have gone 4 title wins in a row, it could have ended where they won it last and stripping them off their titles isn't suppose to be because I have seen news about City losing some of their titles for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United to be champions, for me is not proper after all everybody would agree with me that Manchester City have been the best team in the premier league in all those seasons they won their titles.

With 114 charges I do think that every punishment is definitely going to look like it’s not enough because to be honest that’s a whole good years of cheating. First of all 60 points or less is much smaller in my opinion because of the multiple breaches. Rather I will consider it to be at least 15 points for. Whole 6 to 9 season deduction irrespective of the division they are playing this will limit their chances of qualifying for Europe or even make them get relegated and in both cases make them lose money which is the main factor to consider here. As for the one that they should stripe them off their title? I am confident that will not happen because this punishment is only vented out because of cases like match fixing and with juventus coming to mind when they were found guilty. So I don’t think the punishment will be the titles which wouldn’t still look harsh on the club if it was the punishment but harsh on the players that won it for them without them knowing of this behind the scenes

The quality of the Premier League must be upheld, even for a team that has won the Champions League. If Manchester City is found guilty of these charges, I think they should brace themselves for the harshest bans in Premier League history.

If Manchester City is stripped as suggested, will the records of the players be erased as well?
I think club records and player records are treated separately. A club's league title can be revoked, so the number of matches played or goals scored by players in that season will not be erased. I am talking about the case of Juventus, their two Serie A titles were stripped in the Calciopoli case. Later, the 2005/06 title was awarded to Inter. But none of the individual career statistics of Juventus players in that season were erased. In the current era, if the old title that Manchester City has is also removed, then perhaps the title ownership and the individual statistics of the players will be seen as separate issues.

There is a process to everything, I don’t understand why the Premier League gave Manchester City the opportunity to appeal, they’ve been found guilty already, why allowing them to appeal, the judgement should’ve been passed immediately, like I said there is a process to everything, now they’ve to present the same documents they’ve refused to present to the Premier League for investigation for how many years you refused to present the documents and continue saying you’re not guilty, that is absolutely ridiculous and criminal behavior, what difference does it make after you’ve been found guilty, Manchester City should be relegated to the Championship, point deduction should be the best punishment to be served to them, not just an ordinary point deduction, point deduction that would get them relegated from the Premier League to Championship, you can’t be cheating to win trophies and you’re allowed to go freely, Manchester City deserves to be relegated and punished severely.

That is precisely how it should be. Players' individual performance statistics ought to be evaluated separately. After all, those players scored those goals and racked up those stats during that season. It would be completely unfair to erase the players' performances simply because the team violated certain rules. Performances at Manchester City will continue, though it is difficult to predict what the penalties might be.

Well, everyone will want Manchester City to be punished differently and I believe they deserve it. But I think the reason the Premier League is taking its time to make decisions is that they are considering several factors, if they ban Manchester City, it could affect everyone. So, I will say they should be punished financially, as that would only affect the owners and force them to be more careful, so that such a thing won't happen in the future.

If it's points deduction of 40-60 points + a hefty fine, they will quickly recover in a few seasons. However, others could be expulsion from Premier League or stripping them of all the titles and benefits gained during those violation times, or worse.
When it comes to punishments, UEFA is a specialist in handing them out. It's a given that they'll receive a punishment. What will it be? I don't know. The Premier League has the final say on the 115 charges, but relegating them to the second division is a better option, where they won't be allowed to commit any more offenses, only playing in their domestic league. A points deduction is tough, but relegation is worse. UEFA, in general, should never allow this. They should appoint external auditors for each team and also address the problems with refereeing. For me, that's one of the things that makes everything worse and gives football a very bad image. In short, they're destroying it.

You are right, the punishment for breaking such a big financial rule should not be too light. Because that will not send a good message to other clubs. But I don't understand where you got the rule to deduct 5 points specifically for each charge? Moreover, there have been similar irregularities before, when there was no rule to deduct 5 points specifically in the Premier League. Everton's PSR breach initially had 10 points deducted. Later, after an appeal, it was reduced to 6. Later, another 2 points were deducted for another breach. Again, Nottingham Forest's PSR breach penalty was 4 points.

A lot of players are withdrawing from international duties, I think every club are scared of losing their players due to injury. Just recently Bournemouth most inform player Alex Scott have withdrawn from the national duties due to injury. Bournemouth want to use this time to access him and see if he can be available when club football resumes this coming weekend.
Chelsea still remain keen on the player, they will still make a bid for him when the window opens in January. After losing Enzo Fernandez, Chelsea really need to bring in a top midfielder. Alex Scott still remains a top priority for them. Now Bournemouth needs to keeps him fit and available so they can make as much as they can possibly can from the player.

Every system has it corruption hidden but only few could identify it, certain people goes Scot free despite laws but always quick to serve the same law with the less previlledge or less powerful around them "jssie2121" I would not dive in details on how many city case have not serve punishment as claimed by your assertion but will only talk if human nature where judgement is been passed to offenders or defaulter if the law that consideration and some bias exist, so clear your conscience because what you feel may happen to them may not because of this human nature and operational ways of handling matters around them, though everyone must be equal before the law, that's true justice, equity and fairness and justice will be seen as complete state of existing before those who believe on it.

Liverpool have really changed in their performance this season, and they have been able to win all their games. Because of the good form of Liverpool, it looks like a game that will end in a draw.
At first, I had the same assumption as you that City and Liverpool could end up with a draw. The reason is because Liverpool have the home advantage, while City's current form is on fire but they also have some pressure from the issues affecting the club. However, after looking for the latest information, it seems that Isak is currently dealing with an injury. The injury is not too serious, but there has been no confirmation yet whether he will still play in the upcoming match or perhaps be rested for a longer period. My assumption is that if Andoni Iraola eventually does not use Isak in the starting XI and only brings him on in the second half, it would give City a big chance to beat Liverpool.
