Come on, I am very happy, he seems like a good person with a lot of desire to work and above all a lot of hunger. When people are hungry for victories and successes its a very good thing because their ambition leads them to work harder than others.

It is a good question. Thiago Motta's success at Bologna in 2 years was very impressive. Maybe he would have a Xabi Alonso effect on Juventus as well.    Thiago Motta is also a dynamic and promising manager.

People will criticize Juventus for this choice anyway though. Because he hasn't proven his skills with a big team yet. I'm not criticizing but having doubts for now. He doesn't have a big success in the past but he is getting better in time which is more important.    First a 9th-finish by Bologna and now a 5th one. He helped the team get to the Champions League so this is great progress.

If look at how Juventus is playing this season, they actually have more than enough front line players to be able to make mess of the opponent defense, they can play very well when making attacks.
Just look at Dusan Vlahovic, Federico Chiesa and also those who always perform amazingly, assisted by several other midfield players, making these two players really very sharp when assigned as the leading players in match.

Many people praised Motta for his outstanding performance this season, and he agreed to accept an offer from Juventus. However, he did a great job for Bologna, they finished in 9 position last season, while they ended up in 5th position this season, and qualified for the next Champions League.
