I think Brighton can do a lot of damage to Rome because of his way of attack, Rome is weak in defense and Brighton has a very fast and powerfull attack, plus De Zerbi is Italian born and raised so he really know how Italian teams play.

But ROme still having some better players, lets see what win, stars or team work.

The squad depth of the two teams is different, there are also other differences that should not be ignored, namely the style of play of the two teams. These are the two interesting things about this fight, so neither will underestimate the other.

The AS Roma club has experience in the European League. But their coach, De Rossi, doesn't have much experience in the European League in his coaching career. In my opinion, the significant difference in the mentality of teams in such competitions is that less titled teams have increased motivation, and more titled ones have decreased motivation. Liverpool is a different story, they historically try to win all the cups (even small ones) in which they participate. And by the way, given the situation due to Klopp’s upcoming departure, Liverpool could theoretically have increased motivation to win the Europa League since this is the only tournament that Klopp did not win with Liverpool.
Yes, Bayer have a good margin of safety and they can slightly shift their priorities towards the Europa League, but when your opponent is Bayern (even though they are strong only on paper), and you have never won the Bundesliga title, this is quite difficult to do.
