Romelu Lukaku is a vital Chelsea player, he got loaned out for the free space of Christopher Nkunku. I don't missed him that much because he doesn't serve any better spots than missing big chances. Romelu Lukaku created a name for himself and position in EPL during his early days of playing brilliant style of football. Perhapes Lukaku is older and experienced, there are certain qualities he no longer adapts to but prove to be a better version of himself, not minding the recent flops he encountered in these previous clubs he played for. Because so far the performance of AS Roma has been on the increase, although there are currently some trait issues because Florentina are at the same point with them, so definitely they can fall back, but seeing their game that is still ongoing today, I can say that definitely AS Roma have hope. Since there are performances, it is good. Because if they win today’s game, they will definitely get some points, but I know that they can’t achieve that 7 points in this game to even think that they will be able to drop Bologna from the 5th in the table. What happened between Jose Mourinho and  the management of AS Roma in my opinion is common among employers and employees. When am employee meets the target that was set for him by the employer on several occasions or probably surpasses it, he's always expected by the employer to even achieve more than the initial target he was given meet at the start of his job and failure to do so, the employer immediately starts to see him as a failure.
When Jose Mourinho came to Roma, the club had spent so many years without an European trophy but in his first season at the club, he helped them win the UEFA Conference League and took them to the final of the UEFA Europa League competition which they lost to eventual winners Sevilla. So with all these impressive land marks, the club expected him to do more this season but unfortunately for him, he couldn't do more which was why he was sacked

The situation of Roma before De Rossi's arrival put them in a situation where they have to fix a bit of loops and come on top. In the past weeks, Mourinho has had the  responsibility to ensure good league game results and I won't blame him much for the times of loss because their opponents, their opponents in some situations have been too title contenders and personally wouldn't embrace a loss based on the goal they have for themselves. De Rossi just came and should be given time to show himself.

 They're playing the league games and as well as the European games, their attention is on 2 trophies, European trophy will be difficult for them and I don't think that currently De Rossi would be able to scale through all the clubs that will be presented to him to face in each advancement phase of the tournament.
