I disagree here because AS Roma won three games against weaker sides with lost against Inter Milan even they play good, but now they are going to face Feyenoord which is having good performance in Eredivisie and their quality is also at his best which is giving them good edge this could be another test case for the De Rossie which is now going to have his fifth match as Roma coach and if they are able to win then surely we can expect better things in coming weeks because they need to be win games after playing better but if they again lost then surely things could be not improved after exit of José Mourinho.

First match is going to be played in the Netherlands which is surely interesting no we will have how things are going to be happened for the Roma can they do improvement under De Rossi, or we are going to have same results like we have in the past.

It is indeed quite reasonable to consider A.S. Roma's victory against a weak team when facing a strong Inter Milan, even playing on A.S. Roma's home turf and losing. However, Feyenoord in the European competition is not a particularly strong or weak team. I believe A.S. Roma can easily win.

Peope are being overproud without even trying to know on what teams that have been faced by the team. There are many things were making me to think that if roma was not strong enough. The match against weak teams shall not be counted as a reliable match to measure how strong the club is now.
The match against the big club that is far stronger than roma can only become the only reliable data to measures the performance from roma. People were aware of that and this is the main problem owned by roma. People being overproud when rossi was only winning the game against mediorcre clubs.
The lost against intermilan has been telling all of the roma fans to wait and see. Feyenoord should not be underestimated as they were far from being a weak team. I have high hopes that Roma will have a successful outcome because I have placed my bet on them.

When Roma was with Mourinho, I thought Feyenoord was stronger than Roma. However, after being coached by De Rossi and seeing their match against Inter Milan, I think Roma are now strong enough and can bet on them. They were able to appear very solid. Even though they conceded 4 goals, they also managed to score 2 goals. And I think it's normal because Inter Milan is the strongest team in Serie A this season and they are far above Feyenoord's level. I think the match will be very interesting because Roma are already a better team than when they were in the previous group stage.

Roma are currently not stronger than Feyenoord. Since the two teams are not in the same league, I will have confidence in Roma's strength to defeat Feyenoord if, for example, they manage to draw with Inter Milan. Roma lost to Inter Milan after winning their previous four league games. Feyenoord is clearly not a weak opponent, as shown by their current position in the Eredivisie league table. Roma performed well in the previous group stage, but I don't think that is good enough to defeat Feyenoord. Roma won against weak opponents, but they are not strong enough to defeat big team.

Since Danielle De Rossi became the new head coach, Roma has only been able to defeat weak teams; they are unable to compete with Inter Milan. We will have to wait and see how today's match turns out to determine whether Roma is back to their winning ways.

I'm not intending to disrespect Feyenoord of course. They are a pretty decent team and they tried their best in the Champions League group stage as well. But there is still an important quality gap between these teams. Besides Roma already eliminated them twice not a long time ago.    I would have expected the odds to be closer than this. I don't expect Roma to lose today but the final score could be really a close one.

The Europe League playoff round matches will start today and there are have 16 teams relegated from UEFA Champion League group phase due finished on 3rd standings position will face the Europe League teams finished on 2nd place. Left 8 teams will qualify to 16 round of Europe League and the playoff round winner will get one place for participating in Europe League and get chance if failed finish on Champion League spot standings trough domestic league they have become the winner in Europe League.

Im only focusing on the match roma vs feyenoord. I don't see other interesting match than this one. It's caused by feyenoord was strong enough to compete against roma for the ticket to go to the top 16. Im putting my choice on roma and i hope it will be paid off. Roma is not yet performing so well after it was coached by the new coach.
I can't deny that how roma consistently won against medicre team but that's mediocre teams which were having lower qualities compared to the roma. I can't wait for the match to begin. If UEFA Europa League game tonight between Lens and German Bundesliga club Freiburg was played by this time last season, I would've easily predicted that the French club was gonna win the game because of their consistent impressive performances of last season but since the start of the season, Lens have been a shadow of the side that closely battled with Paris Saint Germaine for the French league title last season. If I should bet on that game, I'll rather bet on a Lens win or draw instead of a direct win for the home team.

For AC Milan Rennes, I think the Italian club are easily gonna win the game then for Roma, this will be another strong game to text the tactical strength of their new manager Daniele De Rossi and I think it'll be a win or draw for the Italian club [/list]

Shakhtar Donetsk vs Marseille

Actually the performance of Shakhtar Donetsk during group stages of champion league is not really bad because they can collect 9 points from 6 matches Shakhtar Donetsk even have been able to beat Barcelona with narrow score so i think Shakhtar Donetsk can be categorized as strong opponent for Marseille and for Marseille they starting group stages with impressive performance but unfortunately Marseille have lost in the last match of group stages from Brighton and it makes them only able to finish as runner up position and now they have to fight at play off stages

The recent performance from these teams at their domestic league is not really good because they have been suffering several loses especially Marseille that this team was without the winning results in the last 5 matches in Ligue 1 so before this match Marseille condition is not really good and for Shakhtar Donetsk this team has been done several friendlies matches recently and they can gets 3 wins from 7 latest matches which is not impressive records for them and there was no meeting statistics for both teams because this is their first time to met at official tournament and although this is home match for Shakhtar Donetsk but their status as underdog team actually it's hard to predict the outcomes of this match although Marseille status as favourite team but i highly doubt they can being an the winner of this match and for safe bet i think both teams to scores is good

 The game between Shakhtar Donetsk and Marseille will be a bit interesting if I should say so being as the hosts were not able to cope in Group H and won't want to waste this chance but again, Marseille won't sit with their hands folded while Shakhtar tries to beat them since they were able to finish with an impressive record in second place behind Brighton in Group B of the Europa league.
Shakhtar Donetsk will be playing their first competitive game of this year as they were thrashed 5-2 the last time they were in action in the champions league last year. De Rossi could not change the team much in such a short period of time, perhaps he managed to raise the team spirit, and this was noticeable in the match with Inter, but whether this is enough to beat Feenoord, we have to find out. It wasn't enough to beat Inter, but De Rossi made Roma a more attacking team, but will they stick to that strategy in the away leg, EL play-offs. One of the most anticipated matches is Feyenoord vs AS Roma, not without reason, most people especially me want to see how they perform in the Europa League with their new coach, De Rossi. In Serie A itself they have not shown anything extraordinary, although they can get some positive results, but overall they still have a lot of work to do.
Feyenoord won't be an easy opponent for them and I think it will be an interesting match. One of the things I expect in this match is for them to play openly and attack each other, that's exactly the kind of game I always want to see, regardless of who's playing.

Although Im concerned, I share your confidence regarding A.S. Roma's chances versus Feyenoord. Winning against smaller clubs and losing against Inter Milan doesnt tell the whole story. I dont think those matches show strength or weakness. The Inter loss woke up all fans. Feyenoord is no pushover. Im betting on Roma winning or drawing because a loss would be shocking. I think Roma can do it if they play consistently. Roma has clearly understood the importance of not underestimating opponents.

Today the first leg of the play offs started and I am quite excited about some of the matches in this play off.
Not without reason because seeing from what is happening now some matches seem to be  very interesting and one that I am waiting for is the Roma and Feyenoord match.
This is not just about a play off match but this could be a revenge event because in the last few seasons of course we know they always meet and beat each other in important leagues including in the last 2 seasons when they were in the race for the Conference League trophy.

I’m far from enamoured about Liverpool’s participation in the Europa League but I guess as we are in it, I want to win it. Just feels a bit of a come down after us doing relatively well in the CL since 2017/18.
