I think the biggest candidates are Liverpool and Leverkusen, but very strong teams from UCL came to the elimination rounds. There are strong teams such as Galatasaray, Milan and Benfica. Milan can still compete with Liverpool and Bayer, but the rest are unlikely to be able to compete with them. Not sure Milan can compete more with Leverkusen and Liverpool at the moment they are also behind Rennes although they will win on aggregate but I will not favorite Milan in the Europa League.
If Liverpool vs Leverkusen meet in the final this will be interesting and a lot of people's attention will be diverted here, I know how Alonso is always linked with Liverpool or other big teams but this will be a historical match if Alonso and his team beat Klopp in the final, but they can meet in the quarter-finals or semifinals.

Milan is really safe with 3 goals aggregate and they just need to hold a draw until the game ends. Today Rennes tries to play aggressive because they have no other choice except continue to attack and hope for the miracle, Rennes might win today but I'm not sure more than one goal. While the match between Qarabag v Braga seems to be two teams still playing defensive, Braga who lost in aggregate has not shown an aggressive game even though they only have about 45 minutes to catch up and vice versa Qarabag who dominated the match.

After that, the Italians play defensive, they didnt have to score any goals and thats why they didnt play so well.

It's normal for AC Milan to not put too much interest in the game as we know they've won it in the first leg. What Rennes are trying to do now is just a last attempt at salvaging something that's already lost. They weren't as competitive as they are in their league and I'm wondering if they don't really take this competition seriously or is it that they aren't really prepared?
 The game even though it ended in Rennes favor, we know AC Milan were the better side in the match, even their stats prove it that the hosts were not match for them.

I took the L on Milan. I didn't know that Milan had little to nothing to lose even if the game ended 3-2 in favor of Rennes. I watched Rafael Leao equalize 2-2 and thought Milan will hold it off until they end. I took a break and came back at the exact moment Rennes was playing their penalty. I knew it was a confirmed L when I saw that because Milan sat very deep with zero interest to bring the game level again.

Qarabag's dedication is really insane! First that red card was a really big hit to their goals and it helped Braga maintain their hopes for next stage. But despite playing with 10 players Qarabag scored a goal to get ahead on aggregate in extra time.    They will really need to defend with all they have got in the second half of extra time.

Do you believe Qarabag can secure themselves for next stage? I think they really deserve it after all this effort.  

Qarabag performance on this match is not too good because considering there situation they should have put in more efforts to either win or draw with Sc Braga, although there performance on the first half was quite okay because it was a go less but there second half seem not to have been on there favour because the red card they had was actually one of the reasons why they seem a bit disorganized and Braga was able to use the opportunity and score them 2 goals, although  Qarabag was actually lucky to have managed and score 1 goal if not Braga would have won them with an aggregate.

Ac milan game was really bad in this match, they were unable to control their hopes of winning today's match. Even though they qualify for the round of 16, of course many people think that Ac milan performance in this match was really bad. Rennes managed to defeat Milan at home but unfortunately it was not enough to get through the round.Rennes played well against Milan at home but could not do anything about the goals they conceded.Bourigeaud scored 3 goals and at least they won.
