Jose Mourinho is a good coach and has keep on with his leadership qualities even when coaching teams like Roma, he led the team to Eefa Conference League Victory last season, and now trying his best to see what he can do in the Europa League.

I dont want to think too highly of Mou at the moment because after all when saying he is a good coach it is a fact but on the other hand we are also certainly aware for this time saying Mou is a good coach with his performance that is down compared to his prime then obviously he is not as good as before.
He is an eccentric coach but his conservative coaching style has backfired because of the oldfashioned style of coaching that he is always proud of.

Mou is still in the play off fae and their opponent has a record that is actually quite exciting when looking at the h2h This is a big match for both and we certainly know that Feyenoord is also currently a troublesome club so now we will see whether Mou concertfative scheme can beat Feyenoord just like the previous match or not because looking at the current statistics their last 5 match ended with 3 Roma wins 1 draw and 1 loss.

Last season, AS Roma reached the final of the competition before they were beaten by Spanish club Sevilla which was the first ahd only time Jose Mourinho lost an European final. Roma are still on course to reach the final again this season and I'm very optimistic that they're very likely to win if Roma should reach the final again.

This season's campaign of the UEFA Europa League competition is more rougher than that of last season because two other high performing clubs are playing in the competition. Liverpool who are at the top of the English Premier League table and Bayer Leverkusen who are also at the top of the German Bundesliga are two clubs that's been back by majority including bookmakers to win the competition this season but with Jose Mourinho as Roma's manager, I think they have a very good chance of winning it as well

He's struggling regardless of his leadership and coaching skills because he doesn't have the players he wanted to be provided by As Roma, but with his experience, he is working night and day with the players he currently has.

IMO, last season Sevilla's luck was so great that in the end they were even able to win the Europa League trophy. I don't mean to underestimate any of the teams from the Spanish League, but in terms of play, they are indeed very lucky. Sevilla was able to overcome the obstacles, even overthrowing Manchester United at that time. however, if at the same time United had not been hit by a storm of injuries, perhaps the situation would have been different. apart from that, Juventus was also defeated by Sevilla and As Roma in the final match. even though in fact most of the matches that Sevilla played were ugly wins, the fact is that they were able to do so with their efforts and hard work. unfortunately, this season Sevilla was unable to participate in the Europa League competition. they failed to finish in 3rd place in the group stage of the Champions League. not only that, even his position in the Domestic League is also in danger of dropping into the red zone.

You're right about Mourinho's impact at AS Roma. He's a tactical genius, as Roma's UEFA Conference League win shows. Not only are they not leading Serie A, but injuries have plagued them. Losing Lukaku and Dybala, even temporarily, is devastating for any squad. Their top-6 finish is excellent despite these hurdles.

Dybala's return and scoring are improving things, in my perspective. Roma has the fortitude to recover. I expect them to do well in the Europa League under Mourinho. He is exceptional at teamwork and strategy under duress.

Sevilla has really performed poorly this season. They are very different from last season where last season they were able to appear quite competitive in the League. I was surprised that they didn't make it to the European league because we know that Sevilla is very famous in the European league. But it seems like this season they can't do much because I think they have a little problem in their squad. I remember there is a saying that an average team will usually find it difficult to appear competitive in every season. I think there is some truth to this theory with Sevilla's performance this season compared to last season.

Every season comes with its variation such that big team could suffer losses enough to not be seen in their big name as they used to be known, Sevilla last season was very outstanding and normally we would expect they this season they will be high in the confidence as winners of the Europa last season but then they literally struggled at the UCL and was unable to get pass group stage.

Sevilla has really performed poorly this season and even in the la Liga they may stand chances of relegation if they continue in their recent form but then the January transfer window is still open if they would want to make some adjustments and probably strengthen their team to getting back on their feet via transfer of a few players who could join the team and help them make up for the positions where they are lacking. With their current form, I doubt if they would be able to do any better at the Europa if they were opprtuned to be at the Europa this season because the Europa is very competitive as compared to last season.

In fact, this will indeed be a very difficult situation for Leverkusen to lose several important players, but it all depends on Xabi how he will overcome this problem and if he is the one who has had a big influence on Leverkusen's success, he certainly has other plans to maintain his performance so as not to lose the match next.

As Roma is a very bright club and they have been doing very well irrespective of most of there injured players they were able to maintain there performance, I really commend on there performance against Napoli because I never believe they could win Napoli on that match but however they were able to win them 2-0 and not only that match but so many of there matches they surprises me with there wining. Although they are having some difficulties on there Serie A league, it seems there main focus is not on that league because there performance is quite low compare to there performance on other leagues, however there next match is against Lazio and I believe that As Roma will be able to win that match in other to improve there position on the league.

I was expecting Sevilla to qualify to the Europa League if they couldn't make it to the round of sixteen, but unfortunately, they performed very poorly this season, which has eliminated them from the European competition this season for the first time in a long time. Sevilla's performance this season is distant from their Europa League winning form last season. It's like they lost their mystical touch. I keep thinking about how they won the trophy. I think the only reason they are underperforming right now is due to injury. You know, 2 of his most important players, Lukaku and Dyabla were injured recently and thus they were losing some games. But I believe they will come back.

Lucky for them they matched with Feyenoord. They could face stronger teams. Mourinho's Roma is one of the important teams in the European Cup. The first match against Feyenoord will be played in the Netherlands. They are doing well in the Eredivisie. If they can win the match, the match to be played in Italy will be very critical.
