There are still 10 days left for the matches which will all be held simultaneously and of course in these 4 matches we all have predictions made to determine who has the greatest chance of winning each first leg match.
Preparations for all team have been underway since now considering that the match is getting closer and each team must optimize all its players to stay fit and in optimal condition to play.
From what I estimate in these 4 matches, Liverpool, Benfica, AC Milan and Leverkusen are the favorites for betting options and I believe they also have big chance of being the 4 team that will compete in the semifinals.

I think the riskiest matches to bet on are the matches you mentioned. If I were to bet right now, I would not bet on these matches in the Europa League. You are right, the game will be very tough to predict because the two club are not from the same league. West Ham should not surprise us and end Leverkusen's unbeaten streak. What progress do you want to see on those teams? I think everything is clear enough. Leverkusen has no doubt in domestic league, there are unbeaten. Even in UEL matches, they also never got a defeat. I just don’t see the need or relation to base the outcome of an European competition match on what the teams are performing in their domestic leagues. This is why teams gives match necessity to the trophies they need most than those they don’t need, this is why their performance in the domestic league shouldn’t be used to judge them in the Europa League competition. Maybe what you say is true. But still, I personally am used to doing it. Namely analyzing a team in all the competitions they play. Even though in the end the results are still difficult for us to predict. Whether I would describe the Italian teams as giants, I don't know. Inter Milan is a giant, maybe AC Milan just passes the test whether it can be a called a giant, but neither Atalanta nor Roma are giants. They are running behind the top in the Serie A and that doesn't quite attest to their status as a giant.

You are right. Some teams have priorities in determining important matches for them. Of course every team wants to show their best performance in every match but I don't think that can be done by all teams. And the busy schedule means each team has to prioritize their matches. Some teams have poor performance in domestic leagues but they are very good in International leagues. Like Sevilla who are kings of the European league but they don't have good achievements in La Liga. Some teams can win the domestic league but they cannot win the Champions league. I think there are some external factors that influence matches in international leagues.

If teams want to hold good performance in both domestic and UEFA, they needed few things for this firstly is having huge funds like PSG and Manchester City if they can't afford this other way is just keeping with coach like we have Jürgen Klopp or Mikel Arteta and give them time for establishing team which can happen in 4 or 5 years this is the best option for them otherwise winning in both leagues are never been easy for them.

I feel like Milan has a little bit better chance. Doesn't mean that I do not give Roma any chance to win, of course Roma could end up winning this game as well and that is a possibility, and there are two legs so they will have two chances to win. Indeed, several players owned by AS Roma could not show their best game. Even though they can give their best game, it only happens occasionally and when the next game comes they return to their usual game. This is a problem and the coach must think about why his players cannot play consistently at their best.
