Would the Shuffle admins be open to the suggestion of having a public chat-box? I believe that that might help a community of regular users to form and it would be a place where we could talk, and share our wins, AND probably a good place to release our frustrations from our losses as well. Cool

If by public you mean that there would be no requirements for chatting, like with anonymity / pseudonymity, with telegram or discord group. Imho that's a receipt for a disasterous spam fest. That both requires hiring moderators, and it would definitely be a scammer fest of scammers disguised as "help desk" accounts messaging everyone. Imho chat groups are bad, and bigger they get, the worse they get.


There's ACTUALLY ONE? I have been using Shuffle in the iPad and I have never noticed it.







Plus by public I mean the different users in the casino who could merely chat about anything, or perhaps the admins could also copy BlackJack.Fun's chat-box where they rain some tokens in the chat depending on the users' activity in the casino. Cool

BlackJack.Fun was building a good community before it was abused by those people who were making more than one account to exploit the casino's generosity. BlackJack.Fun wasn't strict with KYC during that time.

Exactly 19 days passed since i requested the withdrawal ( I am one of those users on trustpilot that reported delayed withdrawal ).

I had numerous talks with live chat and all they say that its under review and nothing can be done, after telling them i am suicidal they told me that if i continue writing they will block me

I lost my salary here ( i know my bad for depositing it ) but now i won and i request my money to continue living like a normal human being and all they do is ignore.

They wrote me on trustpilot review "Please contact live support and mention this review they will take a closer look". After doing that on chat were ignorant and not replying, i haven't received a single response from them for 5 days, i even wrote Noah DUmmet on X and Instagram DM but not even "seen" is posted.

I am deeply sorry for making an account here i am open to every shuffle representative or those who have signature with Shuffle reputable members to have video call with Shuffle and for me to provide everything they need that im legit after all its only 400$ profit and they are putting daily x10 more on marketing.

It doesn't show in my android either, but am mostly using laptop.

There has been some serious rains as well if i remember correctly, but that's not a good enough reason for me to writing on those. I am betting that many are using AI bots, just to try to get some of those rains by their activity.  And rest is often either small talk or toxic as hell (not specifically in shuffle, but in everywhere i have seen).

Reading those feeds has in no way made me feel better, but maybe they are just not for me. I wouldn't mind if they wouldn't exist, as i like sites as minimalistic and easy to use as possible.

Pardon me if I offended you ser. I merely was trying to make some probable reasons WHY your issue is taking a longer amount of time. Because a casino such as Shuffle might have a good reason for that. It's not built to make their users dislike the service, although in some instances it couldn't be avoided.

I believe that from their viewpoint, their customer support is very tired of hearing the same complaints, and with the solution not under their control. Plus there's a high probability that some of those complainants are actual fraudsters.

Nothing against you mate, but how long should i be patient ? 21st day today since i requested withdrawal, its clear since no representative here replies anymore that I wont get my money, i swear that nothing fishy happening with my bet, even so if it “did” like you say there has to be a reason i would like to know here publicly.

I ordered to withdraw just my deposit since its clear they have liquidity issues but no answer from them, i told them i have big problems with money and i wont eat but they dont care.

Support chat is like nothing i ever seen very rude very mechanic auto responses its like talking to robots with 0 feelings.

I hate the day i decided to gamble on this site.

For someone who lives in Macedonia here is big money, they just left me with 0 money. Why? Because i decided to trust them based on some threads and marketing.

Hello, on 8th of February I've made a multiply bets on Shuffle.com and have won 13k.Shortly after that I've made an withdrawal for the same amount of money, I'm gold level 5 - close to platinum , usually shuffle responds quickly and in a matter of 5-10 minutes withdrawals were arriving but not in that case, I've contacted the support and they told me that I need to make selfie to make another verification - It was fifth since I'm on the site. I've made the selfie, they verified my account and said that the Compliance team will reach me. I've got no concerns and shortly after that I've made another deposit and the day after another withdrawal.
This is where the nightmares begins, 11 days since the first withdrawal they've removed my live chat, not responding on my emails, not responding on the live chat and yesterday after numerous messages from my side , they've told me that I need Kindly provide the list of my accounts so we can progress.
The strange thing is that i have only one account. Now they don't even respond me again and those kind of money are vital for my living

Nothing against you mate, but how long should i be patient ? 21st day today since i requested withdrawal, its clear since no representative here replies anymore that I wont get my money, i swear that nothing fishy happening with my bet, even so if it “did” like you say there has to be a reason i would like to know here publicly.

I ordered to withdraw just my deposit since its clear they have liquidity issues but no answer from them, i told them i have big problems with money and i wont eat but they dont care.

Support chat is like nothing i ever seen very rude very mechanic auto responses its like talking to robots with 0 feelings.

I hate the day i decided to gamble on this site.

For someone who lives in Macedonia here is big money, they just left me with 0 money. Why? Because i decided to trust them based on some threads and marketing.

Glad to hear your issue got resolved and you finally received your winnings.
I know how frustrating it can be when you're in such a situation, especially when you know you didn’t do anything wrong and didn’t breach any of the casino's terms. But the fact is, you won’t find an online casino that doesn’t have similar complaints against it. The difference is that legitimate casinos will allow you to withdraw your rightful winnings once they finish their investigations, even if it takes a long time.
So, kudos to the Shuffle team, too, for doing the right thing here. Although, it could have been better if they had kept the player informed about the process along the way.

I've got no concerns and shortly after that I've made another deposit and the day after another withdrawal.

This is where the nightmares begins, 11 days since the first withdrawal they've removed my live chat, not responding on my emails, not responding on the live chat and yesterday after numerous messages from my side , they've told me that I need Kindly provide the list of my accounts so we can progress.

The strange thing is that i have only one account. Now they don't even respond me again and those kind of money are vital for my living

I doubt that anyone will create more than one account who plays with deposits like that on a regular basis. Also, you have already completed all the steps of KYC verification. Well, that's a serious problem. Some people create multiple accounts and verify the account with their family member identity documents to mark it as separate account. Again, the key part is the betting activity here. If you and your brother accounts have the history of placing bets on same events to make sure profits by taking the advantage of odds during the live match, then it's a big problem there.
