Anyway, they have sent pre-monthly bonus to all of us, also added another extra VIP reload (hourly) for five days. I'm getting $1 everyday from the pre-monthly bonus claim, and the VIP reload is giving me $0.1666 on each hour. Although I don't like the hourly reload, but the bonuses are pretty good there.

Yeah we are all at the same VIP level (silver) we cannot change anything related to hourly reload because it is an additional reward related to this month's Christmas celebration so we have to accept it. Regarding Airdrop 2 they said they had taken a snapshot so I'm not sure whether the new wager has an impact on the token we get, for now the only way to increase SHFL token is to complete KYC Level 2 it's just that we don't know how much % increase. I got more than you and as I said before, my wager was less than $200 in a month (based on statistics) but I don't know exactly because last month I reach Silver on November 6-11 and at the same time claimed the first monthly bonus well if the monthly period is taken from November 1, my wager is almost the same as you around $6k. Well as I said above, in the previous period (October) I was around 50-60% to Silver and I reached Silver on November 6-11 and I claim the first monthly bonus for the October period. Maybe Shuffle added my wager since 6-11 November for the next monthly bonus (November) and most of my gameplay is played on slot game a third party so I get a higher return based on House Edge, my personal opinion.

No one here cant answer you better than the available support on the site except the official representative of Shuffle, I don't really understand your case but as far as I can understand Shuffle ask you to wait while they are doing manual check.
Whether it is manual check for you level 3 verification or manual check for your bets because in other thread you said that you won that big just from bonus drop, if the case is that they are checking and verifying your bets, it is normal IMO.
I know how it feels but nothing you can do now except wait until they finish the manual check, if there is nothing wrong then they will process your withdrawal.
