Maybe. But it will be easier if they give some timeframes. Request was made on 1 May.

All of my withdrawals on shuffle.com were instant and I haven't experienced any delays like this before, eventhough I'm not KYC verified. I'm not saying this because I'm part of shuffle.com signature campaign but this is based on my own experience when it comes to withdrawals on shuffle.com.

Maybe you can ask them to cancel your withdrawal and then try to withdraw again this worked for me before in another online casino since you said that you already got withdrawal when you made deposit.



My previous withdrawals were also instant as yours. But this time when I asked "why is it so long"? They want me to confirm my address and after confirmation the answer is only one "Your message has been forwarded to our compliance team for review. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update. Thanks for your patience." So I can't cancel withdrawal or something like that.

I knew about the existence of shuffle for a while as a casino here in the forum. I have even seen some gambling streamers to give it a try and it seems like a casino with a nice interface. I have never gambled on it myself though.
Nevertheless, I was not aware they had plans to launch their own utility/gambling token, as some other casinos had in the past.
Does anyone here know where I could find information on the benefits those tokens will have for those who hold a relatively high amount ?
Is there any official page in which I could find such information and the tokenomics Shuffle has planned for this part of their project? I am talking like total supply, possible burning schedules, what Blockchain they are planning to use for the minting, among other things.
Just asking for purely especulative intentions.

I never also knew that they released their own token until you asked. So I searched if it's really true and here's what I found.

The token runs on ethereum network and is currently price at $0.22. You can buy it on Uniswap or a CEX named Backpack Exchange which is my 1st time to hear about it.

Also their plans for the tokenomics have pivoted more towards to using revenue for lottery prizes, which differs from their earlier plans of using the casino revenue to just buy and burn them from the markets.
So i wouldn't count out of their plans changing in the future as well, as they are clearly not set on stone, no matter what their white paper says.

I am just hoping that those future changes will be beneficial for the holders.

Although, I kept telling him to be patient, it is also understandable that he's reacting that way. But it's also becoming more obvious that's getting irrational from all the stress. I would probably be very stressed too.


Well at some point every patience drys out, that's just how it is. Also 3 months is more than unreasonable. They could at least have replied to the casinoguru or askgamblers case. Ignoring that though is not a good look, for any casino. If they have proof that the player is wrong they would have provided that, just like almost any big casino site does.
Not taking any side here but shrugging shoulders and bringing an "it is what it is" attitude doesn't help the player, the casino or their reputation. They had a solid chance to answer to the complaints and chose not to, which is a red flag no matter what.

I like shuffle because I play a lot in the past on this casino during the airdrop 1st batch. But letting players wit for 3 months is indeed unacceptable if this will happened to me.

I knew that investigation sometimes took so long but on this case the duration is probably near to the max duration of the investigation deadline. At least they should give a clear answer on what’s going on instead of leaving player issue unattended.

I’m sure this happened because shuffle is having hard time filtering users case from airdrop abuse that’s why legit concern is on long queue too.

Unacceptable for the fact that on why the investigation take so long while they can shorten the issue up if they really want to work this things out. If I am the affected user I will never go back here since that is already a bad experience that I don't like to happen again.

Shuffle is somehow a good casino and maybe they just missed or neglect on this issue that's why it take that long and the issue still occur.

But let see how they handle this situations since especially that for sure lots of people read this issue and want good resolution of this case.

I see, I was not even sure they had already done part of the distribution already. I would have expected the price of the token to be higher than just a few cents to be honest, considering the reputation of this casinos in relatively short period of time they have been in this businesses.

I hope if shuffle will have some problems in the future with regulators because of their token being classified as a unregistered value, tied to the success of the casino and the profits of them, etc. Hopefully not, there are very interesting casinos with have tokens which anyone would use to speculate with.

It will depend on the situation. Most probably they are doing an investigation on your account. They will pay you if you haven't done anything wrong. Was your address verification successful? I have also seen a good number of complaints related to pending withdrawal on mediators, Shuffle team doesn't give reply to the complaints in a timely manner. Wait with patience and give them some times.

They already let you withdraw $670, which is far more than what you deposited, so there’s clearly no intention to scam you. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have processed your previous withdrawals.
It’s been less than five days since they froze your balance, and based on past experiences, thorough investigations may take much longer than that.
As other members have suggested, just give them more time and stay in touch with their customer support for updates.

Haven't you actually considered that "those complaints" are actually from users who actually have a serious issue with their accounts? Because why would a casino like Shuffle, a service that's trying to be one of the best in crypto, "cause issues" for no reason?

Plus as far as I know, posting complaints in those websites is free, and one user making MANY accounts is also free. That's a Sybil Attack.

I found this casino on Bitcointalk and tried it. Then now I have problem with them and after search on Casino Guru I see a lot of cases "money frozen for 2-3-4 weeks". If it's not scam... I hope they will pay at least after month.
They are not scammers which other posters have already mentioned, but they aren't the best when it comes to resolving complaints quickly which is why their reputation took a hit recently.

Exactly what other don't want to understand because they are sponsoring the casino, you cannot leave without ANSWERS for months people and act nonchalant, thats not how this business works ( or it works like that if you plan to scam the users) or 2nd chance that they got hammered by sharps because they put limit insanely high without any risk management work and with delaying withdrawals and not responding to complaints they try to recuperate some of the losses.

I wouldn't put much trust in Shuffle because i am not ready again to wait 1-2 months for them to pay me and give me exactly 0 INFORMATIONS behind it.

Even if account is multi-accounting or something else they really need to respond and give information. No bookie takes 3 months to reply or check one account, it can be done in 1-2 weeks max if they have work overload.

I haven't played at this casino recently, but what you are saying is hard to justify for a casino to be called trusted or even close to it. You mean that if someone's money is stuck and a case is being raised, it can take months just to recover the money even when the person asking for his money is on justice  Huh

Why would they process the complaints so late when the first criteria for determining whether any service is legit or not is the response time from their customer service? If they can't improve it, I am afraid people will not stay at this casino for long.

Any casino may experience the same thing like this including the one which is on your signature, not all cases can be resolved quickly as what players want because there might be some further verification need to be done by the casino which may take longer time.
Of course I have to agree that how the casino respond to complaint is important but once the casino ask players to wait, players cant do nothing except waiting.
I know waiting for unknown time can be frustrating for players (including me if I experience it) but keep on asking the casino multiple times while they have said to wait will not help the case to be solved faster.
So far we only hear from the player's point of view only, so basically we cant judge too much further about the case but I hope Shuffle will come here to clarify about the recent complaint(s) so we wont speculate too much.

And this is where we can be able to see the difference in between sites or platforms and thats why there are those who do boomed up and become even more popular and there are those platforms that do remain still in regarding about their reputation and never that become that able to get in line or included into those known ones or being reputable. When running up a business then its part of good user experience when the issues or problems being resolved as quickly as possible on which they wont be letting it that for it to be not being resolved for some time because once these issues do keeps on piling up or making up some noise then it will be that affecting or does reflect about in overall reputation of the said platform.

They are still popular because they do a lot of efforts to promote well their casino and provably that this situation won't be change because there are people encountered some issue on their site. But somehow we could all agree that experiencing this is really so frustrating that's the reason why people need to be aware about the implemented rules by the casino so that they won't get any issue from them.

So what I think its really better for the person who have an issue with them to wait since this is the only thing they could do. But hopefully they would not take this issue for granted and we see good action on those actions happening on their casino.
