I just want to add (in case someone is not aware of this) that the wagering requirement is 35 times the deposit and bonus amount. So, if you make a $20 deposit (which is the minimum deposit amount required to be eligible for the deposit bonus), you will need to wager $1,400, or 70 times your initial deposit.

It would also be great if the deposit bonus could be claimed automatically instead of having to contact customer support and ask them to activate it.

It was merely a question as way to express my own viewpoint. Because, giving out a fake name, a fake country, a fake address, and a fake birthday doesn't make sense unless the user won't gamble with a large amount of money, nor will he/she be a long term user of the casino.

The article was updated a month ago and I just noticed it but yeah 35x wagering requirement is not easy and we can find offers like this in many casinos, if Shuffle has a special offer 5-10x wagering it might be more interesting   By the way almost 80% of my SHFL has been claimed and I haven't managed to reach the new VIP level even though my plan was to chase VIP using this token bonus lol. True, almost all casino's require KYC at some point of time just to ensure safety of player's fund and to prevent abuse. I dont mind going through KYC if platform is doing that for the legal compliance. However, sometimes when casinos use this KYC as a card to not pay or delay cashouts, it sucks.

AFAIK, it can take up to 48 hrs for an online casino to process your KYC. So if it hasn't been up to this time since you submitted your documents, I'd advise you exercise a little patience while they do their thing. The moment they're done, you'll get a reply. Complaining here or bombarding them with messages won't make it happen any faster.
