After registration I made the bets for lower football leagues. Shuffle limited me. Than I made bets for higher leagues and see that limits drops again. Than I go to e-sport, and Shuffle suspend my withdrawals (not even your odds in line). So Shuffle was waiting for big loses. But something gone wrong and my account just become suspended. Because it's more profitable to just freeze the funds, instead of limiting as decent bookmakers do.
I have reviewed my bets several times and wondered where you could see the deception. I saw one bet where the odds had halved in a few hours. Therefore, you are making a gesture to block payments for an indefinite period and with unknown prospects.
It would be great if someone could explain to me why my money was blocked, how long I should wait, and whether it will ever be paid out.

It can be an automatic ban by their system but it can be triggered by an automatic tool, then there is a manual review internally before the compliance team on took action and banned that account. So if it is a second case with a manual review before a ban hammer was used, I strongly believe that there is nearly no second chance for the account owner getting it back. By going through manual review procedure, the casino would have seen enough evidence of abusement on their platform, before taking that serious action and account ban punishment.

They never arbitrarily do this ban action after an indepth manual review because of protecting their business reputation is on top of their priority.

Context for this message was same as with many others cases, which was that withdrawal of ryzaadit was processed later on. And frankly i don't think that many of the people who complain in public come back to say that they got their money, if they have newb accounts for example. Also huge majority don't even want to do accounts in btctalk.

So, while group of people with delayed withdrawals are relatively low percent, there are probably ton of them in most casinos. I don't have a clue how big part is that from a people banned for cheating, but there are many.

Sorry, but I find it too harsh to immediately judge without investigating something first, as if those who have problems are immediately labeled as scammers.

Although maybe what you said was leading to confidence in the team and the site but I don't think something like this can be responded directly by saying that someone is cheating because they have a problem.
If it's proven to be a scam then that's great but if it's not and there's some misunderstanding it could be a problem because of a little mistake from the provider without investigating first and immediately judging which could affect the site in terms of trust.

That's an old scenario when they can exploit the site and their accounts are suspended then they will create new accounts just to ruin casino reputation unfortunately this method is no longer effective in the forum. Just look recently our friend hit big win here and withdrew around $14k and he got it. Indeed, there is a delay in withdrawal few hours but that is normal as a security especially if it's the first highest withdrawal. It is logically impossible for a casino to scamming user for just $5 or less than $1000 while casino revenue is more than that in one hour.

He is coming from a country which is not restricted by the casino's terms but he is blocked by his own ISP so basically using VPN is not violating the terms.
I've been here for 2 years and always accessing Shuffle using VPN without any issue because I use an IP which is the same as my original country.
Of course I do not mean to recommend others to use VPN, just telling my own experiences (not only in Shuffle but also in all casinos where I used to play).
