Could we atleast get a status update on thier progress of being functional?

Still working on it, we had some problems with this feature. Release postponed to January. 2 days now. No response to payment "in process" Also tried raising a support ticket on the site. No answer Sorry for this delay, your order was canceled. |

I created a new miner.....connected the machine to the pool, it is submitting shares fine, but on the stats page it shows as offline.
Any suggestions?
