Personally, a a bettor, I find it very stressful when watching the game you are betting especially if it will end up a losing bet.

If we have the same experience, how do you cope up with that problem, after all, gambling should be fun but why we have this kind of feeling that we feel disappointed when our bet loses?

It's humane if you are disappointed by losing a bet. You just need to play more relaxed, nothing can be predicted precisely in gambling. Limit your losses so you don't get depressed.
The more often you play, the more often you will lose if you don't play with a clear mind.
Gambling is fun, don't make it a pressure. Play moderately, take your money when you win. That will make you calmer.
Many people lose money because they don't enjoy the game, they are quite stressed when it comes to playing.

There's no such thing about being relaxed and entertaining when it comes to losing money and this is why some people cant really just that afford on trying to test out these things
but there are ones who do really see these things to be that fun and entertaining. Therefore, it would really be just that meaning that each person does have their own
ways on how they would really be able to enjoy things. It might look up not really just that too bad in our side but it is really just that fine on other persons eyes.
When doing gambling then we do really know that having bet or money involved would really be adding some spice things up. It would be a normal approach for those people

Yeah I'm not that interested in watching the games I bet on, even when it's my own favorite team. I think that when I watch it and the game doesn't go as expected, I worry that it will ruin my mood during the game.

Each of us has our own preferences, so just follow what you think is good for you, and just don't mind the others if they are doing it differently. But if let say you didn't place a bet for a while, will you now have the courage to watch the games going on, especially if you are very familiar on the team that are playing, like it was your favourite? I think many (if not all) are going to do it. So instead of feeling disturbed, it's better for me to avoid watching the match and use that time to play slots or other activities.

I think it's not only natural that they feel disappointed but in my opinion it's a result that should be accepted gracefully, this is gambling where there is always no certainty and guarantee for the results that match what you want, so by understanding that they should be able to prepare from the start to accept any risks that will befall them in their gambling involvement. One of the important things that needs to be done is to limit the budget and expectations, so that you will not lose too much money and also with a low level of expectation then obviously you will also not experience significant disappointment.

Some people will say they like it and that it is fun but their reactions and body language say otherwise when they have an open tickets and still go ahead to watch the same match, they don't look happy if the match doesn't go as expected. As for me, I do watch the games I bet on. Just because I bet on my games doesn't make it hard for me to be entertained by the match, the fact that you bet on that match and you confidently bet on the game gives you the mind to let go of that money but I wouldn't deny it, I do show that reaction if my expectations go below what I expect to happen after the match but it doesn't last up to 5-minute max as I do quickly forget it even happens.

You are right, if we don't bet on matches then we will enjoy the game more throughout the match without the burden of thinking about the results of the match because we don't care which team will win the match, but when you bet on a certain team you will fully support it until your team wins and if If your team doesn't win then you lose the bet. I don't think it is much fun watching with a bet especially when the odds we bet on is not happening and is fun if we are winning.  So the answer to the question is dependent on the situation of our bet.  But I find it more fun watching my favorite team winning the match.  With or without bet, it gives thrills and excitement plus the situation where my favorite team is on the lead.

Actually it's not the casino or the final result that makes you disappointed but rather it's your own hopes and expectations that make you finally feel disappointed and sorry, if we take it casually and not too seriously as you suggest then I think you will still be fine even if the final result is not what you expected, which is why putting a small budget is highly recommended because with that the level of disappointment they feel will also not be too significant and can still be accepted properly.

I guess stress is already part of gambling, you get mix emotions when gambling, you fee happy and you feel sad, but you wish to end up happy all the time. Though, I believe some of the problems with betting on sports and the management of the bankroll also comes because people who want to partake on it does not quite tell the difference between fun and thrill, you know.

Same here, i find it very stressful watching a game when you have a bet on either team. Most of the time, i won't watch it live, i will just watch the replay so i can see how the players were doing on that particular game as a reference for my next bet on them.

I bet to win, not for fun lol, but if my bet loses, i don't have regrets because that's my choice and i just put it in my mind that we will not always win in gambling, we win some we lose some.
