It will probably be easier to explain a situation via a phone call, but it is not possible to provide correct information or data via a phone call. As you said, it will be very noisy and annoying for customer support staff. Imagine a young gambler who has lost his first deposit and thinks the casino is a scam. But do you mean that information is publicly available? My phone is also linked to my identity but that is only accessible to the authorities and via court order. The phone company has my ID number and only usually discloses it to the authorities if there is an investigation and a judge requires it.

In my opinion, online casinos need to start being more serious when it comes to support. I still don't understand why they don't have telephone contacts. People could call and speak directly to support, at least that way the service would be faster. They would also continue with emails and live human support, and not some bot that only irritates.

In the case of telephone support, it was very simple: they would only need to hire employees who speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, which are the most popular languages.

Phone support is good for a local casinos but it's not a good idea for a global crypto casino because lots of people all over the world who speak different languages will call to the phone number and the majority of phone calls will be from addicts and from those people who want to harass casino employees or there can be a quit different possibility, many people won't be able to call to the phone number and having a phone support will be a waste of money. If it's easy to become a VIP player, then their phone number can get abused but if VIP players are really VIP players, I mean those who spend thousands of dollars every month, then I'd say that chances of phone number leakage are low because from my experience, that's very rare. I've worked in Evolution gaming, I and lots of people had phone number of hundreds of employees and top managers but no one has ever had a problem. There was only a moment when the player found the dealer's social profile, which was solved quickly.
