First of all, it's my first day (I think). And secondly, I know I know it's pretty embarrassing, only 20 pushups?! Well, I'm not used to it. My whole full body starts to tremble just after 5 pushups, so I guess I have been very lazy these days. As a result, I'm unable to do simple things. Which is why I have started to get fat and gain weight, where originally I was skinny.

Day 01 => (10,10)

You are welcome to push ups challenge, as a new beginner in this push ups challenge don't feel shy or embarrassing about a any number of push ups you did in your first day, because since you are new in the push ups challenge you have not gather a enough stamina that will help you to do more than you did, you just did what your body can carry. However, I will advise you to stick to consistency because as long as this push ups challenge is concerned being consistent is the only way for you to achieve our goal.

Your push ups report is supposed to look like this:

I think there is nothing wrong with the push-up report since they have made date to be optional in our push-up report and also concerning the spaces in his report I believe the new rules allows it now and it hsa also been said here that we are not suppose to write a report for another user.

Welcome to the push up challenge, you did 20 push ups on the first day which is good, keep trying and you can do a lot more push ups. Since you are not used to doing push ups it will be difficult for you to do too many push ups at first. I also used to be able to do very few push ups in the beginning, but now I can do 100 push ups a day. You mentioned you are getting fat so you should exercise regularly and do push ups as well. You will try to increase the push ups slowly, do not rush, your body may be a little sore at first. You keep doing push ups regularly, hopefully you too will be able to do 100 push ups a day.

However, I have not submitted the push up report for the last two days. I did a total of 200 push ups in the last two days.
